If Gigis cupcakes are still around, I hope people see that there are NO health standards when they are decorating. If you get a hair in your cupcake do they convince you that it's to floss with?

@@etherial9385 Yeah, but this is TH-cam. Like any major corporation, there is no consistency. I have worked for two huge companies. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. It's better to just follow the guidelines than find out what else can happen. Not worth it to lose an account you've worked hard on.
