I want to report this. If you think it'll be useful can someone help me know what exactly to do? I went to Tiktok, joined CC's page but not sure what to do from there. It confused me lol. It sucks to get old in the age of technology but if you can tell me what to do and if you think it matters at this point let me know and I'll go report her/him to whoever the internet Gods are

Happened to Nick Johnson the witty cultural geographer on TH-cam. He outed them ASAP in separate episode. Showed their deceit and published the emails. Also had YT put a copyright strike on the fraudsters and published the results on his channel.

From the first time I saw you, I easily imagined your characters, their stories, and your sweet narration in children's books. If I could see that, others can too. One of the other horse channels that had their content being stolen had to watermark all of her content so they would stop stealing it. I haven't seen her stuff on any other channels since she started that. I don't know how much extra time it takes. You might look into it.

I’m not on TikTok anymore for somewhat similar problems. There seems to be a lot of that going on. The only advice I could give is to delete the information you have and delete your account. The scammers will steal anything you post there. They may be able to steal your information on other platforms but I’d try to make it harder for them to get. Unless the platform owners back you up I don’t see anything that will stop the scammers. That’s why I deleted my account and got the hell out of Dodge.😢😢😢
You can report without joining TikTok. I have just reported. When I first went onto this page it said something had gone wrong. No videos showing. But if you go out of it and back in you then get all the videos.I joined tictok and posted several that this is stolen content. Will try and do that on more video to make people aware. I'm not on tik-Tok but one of the channels here on YT that I follow had the same problem with someone stealing her content. She embedded her logo in the upper right of her video and using some kind of letters (like refrigerator magnets but pretty) spelled her channel's name across the top of the page. Also make sure some of your video shows your brand on the horses then put one of those photos in the comment section at TikTok and caption it with "oh look... this is my horse". Some of the YT-ers who were having trouble also copyrighted their videos for a while and announced every time they uploaded that their material was covered by copywrite. Prayers for you... you've had a lousy week. We all love you!

Sounds kind of similar to what happened to Shae at Free Spirit Equestrian the other day. She posted a video explaining what happened. Except her TH-cam channel got hacked.
There was a similar issue on TH-cam with someone stealing content from a UK channel 'Debs', that has content about her feeding and caring for wild European foxes. Some Asian women had no guilt about doing it.

Your presentation is what draws in your followers. The nuances of your voice is unmatched and cannot be replucated because its natural to you alone. Its why I prefer to hear you over others. I saw a photo of Nigel on another TH-cam site and called them out. She had him as a cute little girl with some girly name or other in a compilation of 'cute'. She couldn't understand why you, the owner would be annoyed. The channel was taken down immediately but probably got renamed and is out there somewhere. If I come across that kind of theft again I'll let you know.

@TheCleverCowgirl - my husband has a youtube channel and occasionally posts to tiktok as well. Have you tried filing a copyright claim with tiktok showing your videos came first, by chance? Apparently it is possible to do, though it can sometimes take them a little while to respond and take the videos down. I'm sorry, that's extremely frustrating!

According to the Copywrite office, your videos, including shorts, are protected material by law. I am concerned that she is using your videos for fraudulent purposes given the title of her TT page. Immediately change all your video share controls to block all attempts at changes and start legal proceedings against TT and her for fraud. You actually have the Government on your side.
