The answer to why there are so many types of sclerotia truffles is cuz it sells more easy that way. In the end it does not matter to much. Some strains might have more or less alkaloid content than others but that's about it. All the bullshit about one being more energetic and one being more happy feeling or philosophical is pure subjective marketing bullshit
there are different chemicals in psilocybe cubensis other than psilocin and psilocybin there is also Baeocystin and Norbaeocystin, even though i guess the different strains might just be marketing maybe its the same like with weed
You're absolutely right about baocystin but I think studies have shown it's contribution to the psychedelic experience is pretty minimal compared to psilocybin and psilocin. I talk about this on some of my videos on psychedelics on my channel Mental Health with Dr Elliott.
Different shrooms do not have Different effects but Different strengths, causes Different variations of the same effects but stronger or just body because its not strong enough for visuals.theres no terps to give each strain its unique effects like weed.Different effects are justbon what your brain dos and evioument.
I wish USA had smart shops and sold big varieties of research chemicals and natural substances. I think if they did that and created a system in the computer that logs down purchases and limits people to certain amounts each day ,week or month. Itd be pretty safe.. for instance mushrooms or truffles could be limited to average dose once a month or every 2 weeks. Amphetamine of some.kind ,average dose limited to 1 or 2 doses twice a week. Empathogens or stuff like MDma that last 4-6 hours . Once a month. Or another example , 6apb one average dose limited once every few months.. All for therapeutic /recreational use . Would be awesome...
