I think the comparison to the Arylic S50 pro and A50+ is not appropriate. The product aims much more at the many connection possibilities, e.g. the phono connection or the TV Arc connection. This is unique in this price range and a game changer. In addition, Arylic has managed to create a look that should appeal to many people. If Internet streaming is what you're after, I wonder how you got the B50 in the first place. It is not advertised as such. For all those who are looking for a cheap universal all-in-one solution for their TV or PC, there is probably no way around this device.
I certainly agree with some of your comments. The B50 is still a nice product and the addition of phono and TV Arc connections etc, are fantastic, however I still think it could have been an even better product if Arylic had used the same app system as their other products. It would therefore work together with their other fantastic products. If the B50 also included network capability (like the A50 or S50) it would be an absolutely stellar device. But granted, it is not advertised as such, and is is at a much lower price point.

I bought a B50 strictly because it has HDMI Arc and a sub output - allowing me to use my bookshelf speakers and powered sub with my TV, rather than a soundbar. Sadly I can't seem to get the HDMI Arc to work. My soundbar had no ARC issues but the B50 has no audio through the HDMI input. Very disappointing and Acrylic hasn't been able to provide any troubleshooting tips thus far.
Interesting that you mention that one. I have not yet tested the ARC input on the B50 (I'll add a comment if I get a chance), but I have had issues with ARC connections on other devices also. Try to turn your display device’s internal speaker off and enable both HDMI ARC and CEC controls (if you can find these settings in the TV menus).
@@DIY-CIRCUIT thanks - I already tried both of those things (that's how my TV was already setup for the soundbar - and I toggled them on and off with no success). I did get it to work on another TV but the max volume had very low output. Compariticely, playing music via my phone and a Bluetooth connection was much louder. This B50 seems glitchy with ARC. Maybe they will update the firmware?
Update: Setting TV audio output to PCM resolved this issue. I found this out the hard way as well. It seems as though the B50 does not support any surround sound formats an thus won't convert surrounds sound audio to just play in stereo. It seems that if whatever app you're using to watch movies or TV has an option to turn off surround sound the B50 will work in those cases. I got it to work with TH-cam TV, TH-cam, and Netflix. Some apps don't have that option. Another work around I've been successful with is just casting via Chromecast from my phone to my Google TV.

Yes you are in fact 100% correct, hence my amended text comment I added to that portion of the video, when I uploaded it. I only realized this was Bluetooth only after connecting and testing the unit. (I had, until that point assumed it would be the same antenna config as the S50 & A50 Arylic).
Yeah, give a product a bad review for not being a streamer when it never claimed to be a streamer. The point of this product is the HDMI/ARC, subwoofer out, and remote, which make it an ideal soundbar alternative. Maybe you should have read the description first but I'm sure you got it for free seeing how these Chinese companies send their stuff out to anybody with a pulse.👎
Actually I purchased this unit with my own money. This is an ok product as an amp. I was only pointing out my observations compared to some other Arylic products which I also use. I personally think all Arylic products are fantastic for what they are. Just depends what you want to use each one for I guess.

Was hoping to see a review of the USB-C input/DAC of the B50, the only input I'd use 99% of the time, as I want one for my desk at work.
I ran short of time to test the USB-C input/DAC, but I think it would probably be a great DAC for a PC

yes, the volume control on the amp will adjust the vloume on connected bluetooth devices (in my case I connected bluetooth headphones)

hi there, I'm not familiar with the soundcraft notepad-8fx, but any unit with standard line level inputs or outputs should run with the B50
There is no wifi on the B50, the two antenna's are both for bluetooth, one for recieving en one for transmission.
