Thanks for that information, very interesting.
You state on all your videos that the pool cover must go on ... always? I understand for your cold climate that's necessary, but I'm thinking of installing a pool or swim spa in my tropical paradise. I would probably not use the heater for at least 9 months of the year. I don't like the idea of dragging that huge cover over it daily, so is it really necessary in a warm climate? Obviously there would need to be shade to prevent the water from overheating in the sun (and also my skin).
    Thoughts?

Thanks for watching. In your warm tropical climate, I would agree that you won't need a cover as solid as ours. I would still recommend a cover of some type for 2 reasons. No1. It will still make a huge difference in keeping your pool clean (unless you have a ver very clean area with not trees etc), No2. This type of pool is normally manufactured with an Acrylic shell coating, and it is not recommended to have this exposed to strong sunlight for all day every day (This can even relate to warranty claims). A very light weight roller type would be the way to go for your pool, or you could even consider an end2end cover (www.end2endswimspacovers.com), I have it from a very reputable source that these covers are very good. Certainly envious of your warm Tropical climate..

@@DIY-CIRCUIT thanks again for your quick response. I was thinking of my limited arm strength and long term back injury, so something easy to roll on sounds perfect. I'm also considering that I'd be in and out of the water several times daily, from early morning to late evening. We will definitely need a shade sail, which should reduce the leaves, bird poop etc.
