I followed step by step.. However when I press play on they action it says INVERT not available.. I continue and then when I try to paint.. No changes to the skin occur..

where in the "stack" should the softening be? Should this be the very last step? Such as if I have a lot of various adjustments for my photo...should the skin softening be the very last thing?
