R1+R2 is also super cancel, for bigginers sometimes the defender will give up the ball if you dont press in a perfect timing. I recomend using L2 for defensive header, for me it works perfectly in myclub and division online

I’d recommend to clear(square) the ball towards midfield. Preferably to your winger/striker for chance of counter attack.

Few things I would like to if you don't mind:
1. Is your cursor change Manual,semi-assisted or assisted and which one do you recomend to practice with(mainly offline). Same for pass support levels.
2. At about 0.20s of this video, did you just keep contorting the player with cursor to run with and press Square to press? I find it difficult to mark one-two and through balls.

Can you do one video or give me some tips for avoid receiving tons of goals from freekicks? I tried moving goalkeeper, jumping, puting defender near my goalkeeper. I feel that i can't defend this faults, it's really annoying.

in that problematical chances, if u run manually, that is holding down r2, then u might end up bypasing the ball. r2 is risky in that sense.

Hey guys! I have one question, can you tell me how many of you are still using "arows" for direction guidance?? For me is very hard to play on left analog stick :\ and i think that last couple of PES series's is extremely difficult to play on "arrows"... Cheers guys

Please, when doing tutorials, use a weaker team, say Everton against a much powerful opponent. That'll be much more helpful

Muốn chạy lại thì phải điều khiển chạy lại thôi. Còn Setting thì có thể để support range nhỏ lại để cầu thủ luôn có xu hướng chạy lại gần để nhận bóng

Hey man nice vidoes but I have a question, even if I am playing with a stronger team, if the opposing team is Max attack I literally cant stop them. I was using inter and a serie B team kept winning corner after corner. I switched to only defense tactic on swarm the box and they were still just somehow getting over me and recovering every loose ball
I don’t know what is wrong so I can’t give a comment. Maybe you hold R1 too much while defending.
@@NXHPES I think the game gives the other team advantage in these situations. I notice in Cup Games the CPU makes weaker teams player better

Can you tell me why my defender won't step in and tackle. They just try to block or they do nothing. No matter what I try.
Richardo Morrison if you want them to step in then manually control them to step in, hold X or double tap X for standing tackle, and press Circle for sliding tackle. They do nothing because you didn’t control them to do

Bro I am playing pes since winning elevning and after few year where pes came till 3019 it was same I was better player in it in 2020 I mostly get 2 problem and 90% opponents get to score of my that mistake is when in counter attack when my denfense get the ball in first touch and the moment opponents touch me or get closer my player does not hold the ball and sometimes the ball past by and opponents get chance and other situations when opponents is closer to my goalkeeper and my denfense players do not run fast to catch him what should I do can u pls have or make an video on this situations pls

Brother it’s simple and easy all about basic mistake when an opponent team does and counter attack and get a chance to score in hurry but fails but then the moment after opponents fails to score and my defender gets the ball he could not hold it more then a second even when it’s gets hard when an opponent rush towards my defender just with soft touch my defender let the ball means my defender does not hold the ball the moments he gets it with the mistake of opponent so teach me how to hold the ball and I want to say I can hold the ball in other areas like middlefied or in forward but gets hard in denfense area
ADIL BALUSHI ah I get it. There are few mistakes that can lead to this problem. You hold R1 while defending make your defender stunt a moment. You also don’t turn to shield the ball, so it’s too easy for the opponent to intercept the ball. If the sstriker is closed to you, try to kick the ball out, don’t try to hold and drible inside the box.
NXH PES Thanks you so much brother and one last thing in same situation sometimes my defender in hurry let the ball back in hurry and the ball passes by him so what’s buttons should I use more in these situations to hold the ball and really brother in my previous pes year I never struggle this much from pes 2017 2019 my team was Atlético Madrid as defensive team and I was very good in it when even I play other people struggle so much to score one goal on me but in this pes 2020 it’s little bit hard and more tricky and should have suitable set formation

R1+R2 together is not a supercancell?
Yes, it’s a supper cancel to cancel any action you did earlier if you press R1+R2, but not after. If you hold them, you can do other action without being cancel

Watching you tutorials for some period. Playing PES since PES 6, but there is no way to beat game scripting during My Club, even if you master all the skills in these tutorials... manly when defending even if I use already 80 % of what you are showing players fall back, do not tackle, jump. A good example is the Technic everyone is using (I try to avoid it even if it works most of the time) Just long pass to attacker that goes beyond the entire team, with game scripting Defenders stop/jumping running even if using R2 for position control.
FLP FLP Defending is horrible in this game. The game actively punishes you for trying to defend.
