Happy you got all three of these games and that you enjoyed them. I use these for the uninitiated. Nice, fast and replayable. I am excited for this. I wanted a fast, light, Sigmar dungeon crawler that warhammer quest couldnt do...yet. Great coverage of all three. Keep up the fantastic work.
There is no discard pile for the power cards at noted at 10:50. And no card refresh. Cards are 'use once'. Not in the rules. Rodney notes this in his video.
Do you let your young 'uns play with your painted minis?! Brave, man. I now want a game about Chainrasps Drift Racing in the Dungeon; Fast & Fearsome: Hysh Drift. Those are nice components in the box. It'd be nice to see you coming up with some different rules too.
I think that you only get three power cards for each game total. You do not replace them after playing. This helps make each play through different as you do not know what cards you will have. Least the mechanics are better than Lost Patrol 2.0 where it was essentially roll a 6 or die every turn.
I wonder if adapting what I seem to remember as different tile revealing time in the turn would help lost patrol. That way you would not open tiles and then spawn stealers next to you who then kill you every turn.
For some reason it was in the kerrunch box in one of the blood bowl bins. Lost Patrol plays way better using this turn structure. The stealers chase the scouts around the map instead of just dropping infront of them each turn.
Nice! I'll pick this one up if I can find it in Canada. It's nice to see a fantasy version of Lost Patrol. Hopefully with the edition of the power cards it won't be impossible to finish!
Man 7 year old me would have loved this but I have so many dungeon crawlers that the only way I would play this one would be when my 2 year old gets a little older. I like the idea of intro games that I can get at my local stores though.
That final tile in your first 6 opening tiles was connected to the 5th tile (where the SCEs had no line of sight anyway), rather than connected to the starting tile. The tile should have been placed branching out from the starting tile, I think.
@10:28 maybe it's because he's playing one player but the rules state: "For each result of skull , the Stormcast Eternal player must choose one Stormcast Eternal on the tile being attacked to be injured. I don't think you chainrasp player calls out who they are attacking.
Some of US nice soul could send one to a frind here in EU? :D Sadly, this product won't be in store here, only in germany and in german so for all other EU gamers is just a dream, enjoy it for us too ^_^
This looks like a great light and fun time! I dig it. and its a better value than the 40K ones, in my opinion. Also, as a affordable light dungeon crawler, this greatly improves my mood after the awful debacle that the new Heroquest has turned out to be.
These games are so cool for what they want to accomplish within gaming. Are you looking forward to Mantic Armada they announced it the day I bought Dreadfleet on Ebay of course.
anyone help me out understanding the chainrasps actions. They have 3 actions(4 with dreadwarden). it's not clear if a single chain rasp can move/attack/attack or attack 3x or move 3X. is it safe to say that once a chainrasp has been touched, they only get to do one action? Another question. during the Chainrasp reinforcements phase if there is a single rasp still on a double open path, do you get to place a second rasp there? I'm reading the rules as "only reinforce an EMPTY tile". Seems like everyone has their interpretations on these meta rules.
I like the game, but it looks like a low effort offering from GW, just plain old white background on the cards, character cards and turn cards. Also, no art for the characters, just a picture of the miniature, and the dice are so uninspired. I like the price point of 40 and your video certainly got me hyped to have it, but feel kinda on the fence about it.

My kids have loved both of these games and the prior Space Marines Adventure game, these are great product game designs for kids.

also rules state 3 cards are drawn to be played through the entirety of the game. I don't think you're supposed to have a constant hand of 3.

Ofcourse one would need to be able to find the lost patrol baggie in all the stuff to test it again.

Great presentation as always! Liked and subscribed 🤓
Every time I heard "drift" I pictured ghosts screeching and sliding sideways.

Who you gonna call!?
Call an ambulance... but not for meeee.
Uh sorry... Ghost Busteeeers.

Hmm... A set of tiles like this for use with Realm Quest could be fun.

thanks buddy 😊 it was nice to see how it plays
Big fan of your content! Question: did your copy of Crypt Hunters come with an extra half piece of a Nighthaunt?
It does! So you can NOT make the unit leader if you want.
@@GuerrillaMiniatureGames Thanks! I guess I must have missed that in the directions during assembly!

Looks like fun when you're looking for something quick. And you said "aboot" in the first minute or two. Your maple leaf is showing.
I don't see any where in the rules that the stormcast draw a new power card each turn.
Isn't this just a reskinned version of Lost Patrol?
Peter Simpson More balanced though by the look of it.
@@matthewf20 agreed, those poor Space Marine Scouts get eaten by the pesky Genestealers almost every time!
reminds me of Death angel card game with minis
Lost Patrol 2.0
But less impossible!
Anybody know where I can get purchase this game? Based in United kingdom uk.
Anyone know a store in EU that sell this?
There’s one in Germany but i have no idea what it is. Look on the GW community site, im sure it says where.
Thalia has them BUT they are translated to german (at least Blitzbowl S1 was)
@@fabarbuck looks like only in German :(
First whey!
thank god the thumb ring is gone!

put miniatures on the tables, remove miniatures from the table at 4+....classic shitty gw "game"
