Has anyone done a top ten list of best minis neutral skirmish games, as someone with a 3d printer I've been looking for rules that can take advantage of minis, terrain, RPG elements, random events, etc.
I've not played many of them, but here is a short list: Frostgrave Scrappers Reality's Edge Zona Alfa Brutality This is Not a Test Starbreach Rogue Planet Kings of War Rogue Stars Horizon Wars Zero Dark Last Days Zone Raiders Both Zone Raiders and Brutality really appeal because they have solo modes. I'd probably be interested in Reality's Edge as well if it had a solo mode.
@@TGAmir1 I think Ragnarok, Dracula's America and In her Majesty's name are also agnostic, though they are more specific in their genres. All from Osprey Games. Ash totally needs to do a top 10 so we can work out which ones are the best. Also if you want a agnostic mech game there is Horizon Wars and the upcoming Gamma Wolves (by some guy called Ash). Both from Osprey, both ideal for the upcoming Battle tech miniatures that are about to be released.
You mentioned early on that melee combat is simultaneous, so that both the attacker and the defender roll to score hits. I don't know what effect that would have had on the outcome of game. I played a whole pile of games, back in play-testing; and I found that it was easy to pick up the rules over a few games. However, I was only playing Brutality, so my head wasn't filled with loads of conflicting rules from playing a zillion different games like you do.
Fun! I'm really liking this game. At the moment I have the free rules and am going to rest drive it using opposing warbands made up from the Walking Dead against some Teknes piggies. Another great vid. Thank you.
At about 23:50. Thought I read command tokens cannot be used for two of the same action. I've only skimmed through the free rules, so I could be mistaken. Love the vid.
Man, remember Dark Age and Wrath of Kings? What a bait and switch that was! Release a new models, hype up the games, get other developers on board, then stop supporting it entirely and horde the rights with no plans to rerelease the game in the foreseeable future. CMON sucks.
This game looks awesome. +1 for bringing out the WOK minis. That's an OG miniature move right there. Respect.
Perfect timing to watch with my morning coffee. Looks like another future addition to my tabletop library.
i guess Im kinda randomly asking but does anybody know of a good website to stream newly released movies online ?
@Anakin Dean flixportal :P
@Ronin Lennox thank you, I went there and it seems to work =) I really appreciate it !!
@Anakin Dean glad I could help :D

Might be a worthy list!
I've not played many of them, but here is a short list:
Frostgrave
Scrappers
Reality's Edge

Brutality
This is Not a Test
Starbreach
Rogue Planet
Kings of War
Rogue Stars
Horizon Wars Zero Dark
Last Days
Zone Raiders

That's amazing! Thanks for the list!

I think I'll be trying this out with my large Heroscape collection.
Perfect!
Heroscape had some awesome minis
This does feel like a more vicious version of the Heroscape fluff.
@@darkaiel It's the first thing I thought of when I watched the Let's Play. I'll probably mash the two together to make a story I like.
@@UglyDogProductionsCo Yeah, and I think I have practically all of them. The Gorillinators will be happy to see some action again.

The chances of my getting a rule wrong are much higher than your reading it wrong hahaha
@@GuerrillaMiniatureGames regardless, looked like you were having a good time.
Wait...Wrath of Kings is dead?
CMON stopped supporting it along with Dark Age
Kelvin Wu doesn’t mean they are dead though. Just means they are on their own.
Yes dead is probably too harsh a term, Out of Production is more accurate. :)
Guerrilla Miniature Games soooo...they aren’t making new stuff? I checked the website and it seems like they haven’t updated in a while. :(
@@GuerrillaMiniatureGames Nah DEAD is very accurate with CMON stuff -once they drop it. Nothing new is pretty much dead

I have a rancor Ho Ho Ho
"Brutal"
Wrath of kings had some cool aesthetics and mechanics? too bad it flopped.
Am i the only one that thinks those female Werewolves look kinda Hot? XD
I sure hope so
