We have only had maybe a inch of snow here in southwest Pa so far but they say this weekend we may get some. Glad to see a young couple who appreciate each other. I was never able to find that someone so I was a single parent (yes a Dad who was a single parent). My nest is empty now and it hurts so hold those youngins as long as they'll let you. Sadly my four blessings are in Heaven along with their dad. The silence is deafening. I loved being a momma. I has to learn to be alone. I married young. I was 15 and Dad was 16. We made it 38 years before he made his final journey to his Heavenly home. It is a different life for sure.
You guys literally make my day. Such a lovely family. And kudos to you Lauren for getting out and grocery shopping while pregnant. That’s not easy, and you’re doing a great job!! Love seeing hubby and the boys be sooooo supportive and helpful. Such a great family!!!

You might want to say that those fixed meals are sold by the pound and not the container size. I didn’t realize that until I was shocked at the checkout when what I had I thought was $8.99 and turned out to be $22🤣
A suggestion for your food storage shelves in the garage. Put a lip on edge of shelves so if you have an earthquake, stuff won't slide off as easily. I live next to Seattle we are on the fault line for "the big one" too.

I found you guys around the time you found out you were pregnant. I've followed your journey the last couple months and I just wanted to let you know I've prayed for your family. And I will continue to so that baby girl can go beyond 32 weeks safely in your belly so she can continue to grow and get bigger. You all have been so strong. Crazy to think she could come at any time 😮
She is beautiful. I love the girls names. I'm so happy that Violet is doing so well. My first daughter was only 2 weeks early and was only 4lbs9oz and 17 ¾ ins. She had to have a partial blood transfusion at 2 hours old and was also under the lights for 3 days, but I could only hold her for 15 minutes while feeding and changing her diaper. She is now 34 and almost 6 feet tall. I pray for blessings upon baby Violet. God bless you. 🤟🏼🙏🏼

After listening to your story, I feel more confident and refreshed tackling my own obstacles of life’s journey. 2019 I left my job to take care of my mother full time. The fear of taking care of a sickly parent is traumatizing at times. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing that video and taking us along the Alaskan adventures! Felt your prayers. Lauren when you got the bacon crumbles it reminded me of something my daughter told me. A mother was asking her child what different things were in the store and she was replying. They got to the bacon bits and the mother asked do you know what these are and her daughter looked at the shaker and says, Oh I know what they are, meat sprinkles!
