Aur machli ke hisab se usse katne ka tarika vi alag hota hain. Ye Rui/rohu fish hain & rui machli yaha baki machlio me se ek alag mukam pe hain jaise hilsa hain. There's a famous bangla proverb on rui/rohu "Oradhunir hate pore rui mach kade, na jani radhuni more kemon kore radhe !" means 'rui cries in his heart when he's on the hands of an unskilled chef, he's uncertained that how's the chef gonna prepare/cook him'. And here fish cooking includes also cutting, chopping, slicing & processing of the fish. Coz perfect cut means perfect fish pieces & in the hands of an expert cook it becomes culinary perfection.
