This is for those who speak about hyg**n*.
This video is taken in one of the sea shores in Chennai, Tamilnadu. He is not a fish seller. He just cuts the fish. Customers buys fresh fishes from another person then give that fish to him to cut it. He just cuts the fishes into pieces has customers requires. He is not cleaning it, So water is not needed. The place where all the fishes are being cutted is obviously look like that. The customers will clean it in their houses with water.
In India we mostly don't encourage meats which are packed in a plactic wrapped container has a expire date of 30 days and more in a fancy super market.
Also we don't cook anything which are directly taken out from a plastic containers and even without washing it.

So you need to sanitize fish which is 30 days old. .so you are saying if you catch a fish from pond, lake or sea, you sanitize it and then cook it....and you sanitize it with what chemicals....
