    What have you been doing? 🤔 Compression Socks - amzn.to/3zFGNy0 Tri-Pod - amzn.to/3zvFd1H

A great price but a comment regarding the recommended compression (20-30 mmHg) isn't there in their opinion. An Occupational Therapist, visited over a six-week period, was addiment about buying compression socks (to the knees) of this strength; I don't know 'what' the numbers mean but she clearly did. I'm forty-four yrs. in, Mason and never wore compression socks for my first Twenty-five years, but we're all different. The C.C. joystick knob is attached on this beast - thanks for the direction!

    Hi Mason.
    I'm a caregiver to a quadriplegic. He's 29 years young..
I've started watching your channel recently so I can learn more about the everyday challenges he's facing.
I like your videos and your presentation. My questions are more towards the effects of brain injury and how it affects the process of thoughts and actions you make.
    God bless 🙌 🙏 ❤️

Hi Mason, I have watched 2 of your videos. Your positive attitude is impressive. My son is in a wheelchair but his story is different. He suffers from LGS and has lost ability to walk. Stay strong❤.

    Hey Mason.
Happy belated Birthday for the 20th June.
Really enjoying these consolidated, update videos.
I couldn't agree with you more with regards to the unbelievable cost to equipment that we need to help us achieve a general standard of living, here in the UK 🇬🇧 its crazy what they are allowed to charge for equipment.
Congratulations on achieving 10k subscribers, you genuinely deserve them especially for the incredible amount of effort and hard work that you have put into your channel along with raising awareness.
May the Lord continue to bless you with success.
Sending love and prayers from the UK 🇬🇧. Take care mate, God bless.

Worth a mention: when you are ordering new equipment (i.e. PWC, new seat cushion, upholstery, shower/ commode chair, etc.), be certain that your chosen vendor has the correct contact info for the appropriate doctor as to NOT DELAY any durable medical equipment progress. Too often, in my experience, providing an obsolete fax number can wreak havoc!

My simple understanding of the Christ message is that He came to end the temporal sacrificial system of animal sacrifice for the temporary removal of sin. He brought a permanent removal through the sacrifice of man himself. His physical sacrifice was meant to teach us the spiritual aspect of redemption. We're meant to sacrifice the old man [carnal nature of self, evil, hatred, lies, etc] and to resurrect as the One New Man [Spirit, Christ, selfless servant, love, etc]. The old man represents the First Adam [flesh], and the One New Man represents the Last Adam [Christ, Spirit]. This life is a constant battle between flesh and Spirit. This dichotomy is all throughout the scriptures. The more that I study the scriptures, the more I realize that the simplicity of the scriptures is its greatest stumbling block. ❤️

The last three months have been busy and interesting. Had the Cataracs removed, one eye at a time - what a difference. I went to the dentist, and she referred me to an Endodontist; originally, a root canal on #2 but feel safer getting it pulled (doesn't owe me a dime) a week from now. I was invited to write a couple of articles: one for our bi-weekly local newspaper and another for their free tri-monthly magazine (2024 eclipse). My first at writing for the papers instead of being in the papers (lol). Joined the YMCA through Silver Sneakers and classes for the elderly begin soon, hmm. We've attended many little league games to see one grandson just a short trot away, gotten to know/ watch our young and daring skateboarders and bicyclists on their respective new tracks now open in Batesville. Love our grandsons' sleepovers and keep asking myself, 'why don't they want to play pool, ping-pong, hockey, blah, on the expensive GameTable we gave 'em for Christmas'...I'm learning as I go.

That's great you can now see, and sounds like the procedures went well. I do no like going to the dentist, even for an annual cleaning. Sounds like you have been busy. Thank you for watching and commenting!

That is a great shower chair and you are right that a lot of medical equipment falls apart right after you get it. I got a reclining shower chair and they are good but you need a bigger size shower to use it because it is bigger and reclines back so you need more room to use it.

    • @masonx54

I got the compression socks with the zippers on the sides because they are easier to get on me. I was having problems with swelling and went to the Wound Clinic and they made me get Custom Velcro Compression Wraps too because they work better than Compression Socks but you need to have them put on and they have a lot of Velcro Straps that need to get put in position but they work good when you get them put on you.

      @pagzplay 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@masonx54 Yes from Amazon and they have a lot of them. I had the regular kind at first but these with zippers are a lot better to get on and off you. I have the Velcro Compression Wraps and I thought that there had to be Compressed Socks with Velcro or Zipper and I was right.

I’ve been working on my new F3 the DME did a terrible job putting it together. I’m also working on a tablet mount so it’s easier to use my speech app.

Hey Mason, I just wanted to let you know that I've been following your TH-cam channel for years. Although I don't always comment or like your videos, I have to tell you that what you've achieved is truly remarkable. I even saw a member of my rehab team showing one of your videos to another patient in the clinic. I hope you keep it up because I believe you'll be rewarded in the long run. If I could ask you a question in person, it would be: where do you see yourself in ten years in terms of life, relationships, and career?

Yoo Mase. Whats up, my BD just passed June 29th. Cancer baby! Not much going on with me. I'm about to be let go from my job because my disability. I'm a 51yo M T4 incomplete. It happened 15 months ago. But I find that I have no tolerance for hot weather. I often get dizzy when I'm out in the sun longer than 10 minutes. I'm going to partner with a local dating matchmaker here in my town and we are going to start a dating/matchmaking site for cripples/disabled people-or whatever the new PC word is now a days.SMF, people get do offended nowadays. If I lose my job then I'm thinking about volunteering my time to libraries and a local rehab facility so I can talk to other SVCI people that are going through the grieving process. Happy belated BD bro!.
