Was a great day and nice chatting to everyone there. Loved the place as was my first visit there 😁👍
I'm glad as its a great place!
Thank you for including my blue MK3 Fiesta, I will have to chat to you about project ruby sometime.
Oh anytime we will cross paths again soon 100% I didn't want to disturb you as you were just leaving while I was swanning around!
Another great video again Andrew. Had a good day as it was my first time there, the weather was amazing too.
Glad you enjoyed the video buddy and I'm glad you enjoyed the day there. Third time lucky with the weather!
So much beautiful cars! I don't know even which is my favourite. Like always, great job Andrew :)
Thanks buddy, that was me on the day!
Looked like a great day out and where ever you seem to go for a meet the weather is always lovely, definitely a theme. 😏👌
fingers crossed it follows me!
@@usuallyfixingtinkering Yeah! Definitely save some for future meets!
What a great video, well done. That mk5 Freestyle is identical to my third car, except mine was a 2001 (Y991LNO). Nice-handling chassis and nippy little 1.25 Zetec engine. I only kept it for a year as I wanted a bigger car (mk1 Focus). Medium Steel Blue colour looked different, in different lighting.
Thanks for sharing that, the chassis of a mk4/5 is perfect for that 1.25 Sigma engine!
@@usuallyfixingtinkeringI bet the mk4 1.4 Zetec and the mk5 1.6 Zetec were even more fun to drive but I sadly never had the chance.
they definitely are!
10.53... mk1 escort... uuummm mk2 fella..... but love ya channel mate
Oh gosh slip of the tongue as usual!
Ruby is looking great but my self I would have to find some alloys to put on but that's just me loving the courtina's and capris but they are silly money like the escorts I no where where a puma 1.7 one woman owner 42000 full service history £2500 in Redditch but not the right time for me looked a great show 👍
Oh no she is staying original, those trims look period! Alloys can suit them but it has to be tasteful! Puma - what a buy that would be!
There wasn't Cougar? Wow, they are really rare....
A bit sad. I love Cougars. Prices are on the rise for them but you can still get good examples pretty cheap. No Mk1/Mk2 Mondeo or Probe either! But many participants had left already as Andrew said in the video.
There was a MK1 Mondeo in attendance and a few MK1 Ka's that left early but no Cougars I'm afraid, very rare over here
@@usuallyfixingtinkering It is very rare everywhere. At least I had chance to own one..
@@Tadasskr There is also "the holy grail". One of 3(?) factory Cougar ST200s (left that we know of... they produced a couple of them and most got scrapped)
Oh gosh I've never heard of them!
