So glad you are feeling better. I always keep charcoal to take orally. I work in public school where their is always an illness going around. I take especially if the stomach virus is going around.

Hi Zia glad you are feeling better. Good idea to have a Garmin locater. I’m finding having Pepto or Milk of Magnesia on board for those times comes in handy as well. Hugs to Charlie!🐶
Forgot to compliment you on your van decor make over. Looks great!👍

I’m happy your feeling better and wishing you continued wellness ❤The information was spot on. The little things we all take for granted when living in a stick and bricks. It’s important one keep a running list of things when planning to try vanlife.Second to have a phone chain of people you know and can share your location when traveling.

Hi Zia! This is such a great topic and probably something that people don't think about until they are actually sick and it's too late. Im so glad you're feeling better ❤.

Hi Zia, I think most people carry a First Aid kit too of sorts, and I think exploring your recommended emergency kit would be useful too, not just the usual things for cuts and scrapes, but useful Meds too. Putting a kit together recently myself made me realise that any trip away from close help can require some real necessities. There are so many basic kits out there that just don't cut it. What would you recommend? Sorry you were ill, glad you're better and thanks for the video 💌

Thanks for your well wishes. I didn’t mention a first aid kit, but you’re right most of them are lacking. Someone mentioned including Imodium. I’m not a doctor, but personally I usually have something like Advil or Tylenol to ease headaches, or reduce fever, pain or inflammation. Al bother good item would be something for a sore throat and cough. An antihistamine or epi pen might be another addition. ❤️

I do alot of them when I travel alone, especially the card with health and contact info on it.
Glad you’re better, but sorry your weekend was a bust! 😢

Good advice. I carry a list of my multiple medications with me in my wallet, as well as contact info for my best friend.
