Dear Sally. I have watched all your videos. Firstly Im so sorry for the loss of your mum 😘
Secondly you are such an inspiration to this client grp. You have come so far, worked so hard in a good way 😉 Breaking the chains of unhelpful personal patterns that kept you locked emotionaly both in a dark & seperate place into a light space of self transformation, emotional freedom & connection! 👏🕊
    Congratulations xx
Thank you to Alex, the OHC, Sally, Lauren & Hannah for sharing your private worlds & your recovery journies 💖
These videos are a highlight of my week. Im sorry for not adding a comment sooner. I think there would be literally hundreds more comments but sadly as you know those with M.E etc may not be able to or are avoiding helper patterns & prioritising energy.
Love to you all & a very grateful warm thanks.
Go gently. You are all doing amazing well. 😘😘😘 We are all cheering you on & holding you in our hearts. Love & healing to everyone watching too 🌺

Loss of loved ones is so very hard ,I think we learn just to carry our grief as it never really goes away. For me mourning my loved ones is essential to healing my heart, and sad songs can say so much, and for me when they do come on in the car that is when I can do my crying.....it helps release the pain and as Alex has said help you build capacity for the challenging and difficult times we all go through in life. I hope your ceremonial process for your beloved Mum is a huge comfort to you when you Celebrate your Mum's life with your loved ones. Bless your heart Sally, your hard work and positivity in your recovery process is so inspiring for us all. Be gentle and kind with yourself and enjoy the celebrating with your husband as well. All the best.

Sally, you are doing such a great job. It takes tremendous strength to not only endure loss, but to rise out of the trials of life with the steadiness you display, even in spite of having to lift back up out of setbacks. It is awesome what you are doing, and I hope you can see your own victory with the same sense of inspiration that those of us watching do as well. Your mom's legacy is being greatly honored in all you are doing, and in who you are, and I'm sure she would be very proud. Keep up the good work, and thank you for sharing your story so bravely with all of us who are following your story. Awesome job!

Sending hugs to you Sally, you are going through a lot, but you have done so well to get back feeling better, am finding that through the tools Alex has thought us, I think it makes the body more resilient. Pat yourself on the back you are doing well ❤️👍🏽

Congrats to Sally for working so hard and doing what she needs to do to take care of herself. The discussion about so many aspects of grief was very helpful for me to hear.

I am confused about the constant reference to the car cry. I know in a past video Sally mentioned that she'd cry in the car but is that a bad thing? To let your emotions out in the privacy of your car?

It's that she would ONLY allow herself to cry in the car once she was completely overwhelmed. Not that there's anything wrong with it but that it was hidden away until she could no longer bottle it in!
