On a 2024 sport odysee does the phone have to be connected to the car through the USB cable or is there a way to get android auto apps simply through bluetooth? At present I can get phone calls and messages through Bluetooth alone but seem to have to be connected by cord to get maps and calendar.
Is there any way to display the Google map without the "info box" being on the screen? For me that info box interferes with my clearly being able to see the map!
Do you have to connect your phone with the usb each time to use the GPS ? I am having trouble with setting up navigation go be used without connecting the usb. Thank you!
No, once you are connected via Bluetooth in the car, the call will come through on the car's bluetooth. You do have the option to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and answer with your phone when the call comes in.
I have a problem with Honda 2019, andoid auto app is not showing in the apps, but it I can see in system settings that it's built in. When I try to connect any device it doesn't work and it say it is not suppored. My phone have andoid auto they have more than another 10. Still can't fix it. I did reset and all that stuff but nothing so far.

I install hood deflector on all the cars I own. For one, I personally think it looks good, but it's actually functional and prevents rock chips on the hood and can reduce some rock chips on windshield while driving on the highway.

This is not wireless Android, so you have to connect the USB.
