Agreed. If they are going to complain about a soft suspension which mode did they have it in. There are three different suspension settings that are noticeably different. Soft, standard, and sport. Lincoln gives you options which I appreciate.

i dont agree with you both on the interiors. the lincoln is nice and i can tell it was built to look good for a long time. those different textures on the infiniti are going to be filthy very quickly.
It's disappointing you chose the Nautilus to represent modern Lincoln. as of this summer (launch of Aviator and Corsair), it will be the last Lincoln to have a dated interior. Take a look at the aviator which features Lincoln's new styling and you will realise how much better they have become.
Lincoln knows where their bread is buttered. Old white folks lovee Lincoln's interiors. Old, plain, easy to use, and roomy. That's why that Lincoln sales more than that infiniti. But I'm young so i like futuristic things. I'd probably take the nautilus tho just because it's more powerful, no svt, more comfortable, and more room

This is the base interior on the nautilus vs a top trim for the infinity. I think a black label would be a lot fairer comparison and have a much better interior.
If the Lincoln had a brighter coloured interior, like a white cream with black accents which I'm sure is available from Lincoln, it would have scored better. I hate all black interiors.

I miss the old AutoGuide...these new reviewers seem like they are unprepared and do not know what they are talking about. Bring back the original reviews where they talked about more than “handling, sportiness, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.” Bring back the discussions about space, fuel economy, family amenities, and relevant information for those looking to purchase a vehicle. Get rid of personal preferences and opinions, and focus more on facts!

That was a top line Infiniti vs a stripped out nautilus. Compare with a black label Lincoln or a stripped out Q50 (more parity)and I think the results might be different.
I love how they vast the Lincoln interior and belatedly try to say the Affinity does not look like a Nissan inside, when it looks just like a cheap Nissan on the inside. I felt that way when I sat in the qx50 in person. It's just a gussied up Nissan Pathfinder interior

@@hamidmghazi apparently it makes them one with the car and tells them if the wheels are pointing in the direction there turning the wheels, which makes absolutely no sense... steer by wire completely filters out all thos vibrations from the road to the steering wheel so even when your going over a bumpy road the you wont feel a thing through the steering wheel like you would with a regular steering column
Well folks it doesn't matter which plastic eggshell Crossover you choose because either way they're both wayyyyyyyyyy overpriced just like any other modern vehicle you see on the road today.
RUN AWAY FROM THE JUNK NISSAN/JATCO CVT. It especially has overheating issued when paired with the Nissan V6. Also, towing anything with the CVT is not good. Nissan/Infiniti dealership service advisors immediately asks if you have towed anything with the vehicle, and then asks you what was your tow weight.... they use towing to get out of CVT warranty repairs. Buy a RWD Explorer.... oh, and that navy blue fake suede in the Infiniti fades rapidly to a weird purple/grey color in sunlight, like Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Southern California.
Isn't the Corsair the "replacement but not a replacement" for the Nautilus? Wouldn't be prudent to wait or get that one instead of the "headed out the door" older model.

the QX50 is too new for someone to spill oil all over the manifold cover. Jodi, I too prefer the QX50 interior & that both (looks like to me) have CD players (I'm old school, & still have CD's). I'll bet Jodi would like to see that shirt in more car Reviews ! Just a guess.
The interior of the Lincoln, holy shit so bad compared to the qx50‘s. The new QX50 also get Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto. For the electric steering you need a while to be fine with it.
i really like the Nautilus, what scares me tho is the dealership service experience. That is really the question. Also - the interior is gawd ugly on the Nautilus - FMCO needs to step up their game.
I had a 2015 MKZ and out of all vehicles I have had the lincoln was by far the best service experience! My Durango has been the worst 10 visits for two different problems and no real resolution. Lincoln was amazing at the dealer!

CVTs work in Economy cars not luxury SUVs . Kia and Hyundia just started using CVTs and Mazda still avoids them

I'm prejudiced because I have a Ford Edge ST, of which the Nautilus is sort of a clone. And I'd NEVER buy a Japanese car or any car with a CVT.
How to be car reviewer step 1 complain about infotainment. step 2 complain about apple car play and android auto step 3. Complain about power
