- An innocent child will be brutally honest. In our first episode of The Lunchbox, Isabelle Daza makes her salmon katsu to go up against restaurant-bought fish sticks. Which one will the kids choose?

Ingredients:
1/2 kg skinless salmon fillet, sliced into 1 inch chunks
salt & pepper
Breading
1 cup japanese breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 pc egg, beaten
Sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar

As they say it, kids don’t have filters hahaha this is too cute! Great content for us to acknowledge one of the biggest problem of the food industry. Kids are the hardest one to feed especially if you want them to take up the healthiest food they need whilst also considering the young desires of their taste buds. We don’t want to expose them too much to processed foods but we also don’t want to strangle them with bland flavors.
