You can in fact buy spare connectors for balanced 2.5 and 4.4 and a lightning and USB C for the cable. They just don't carry the mic signal since those jacks (other than the type c/lightning, but u dislike the dac in them anyways, noticeable amp click) can't do that anyways. I just tested with a 4 pin 3.5 from another modular trn cable.
They do really, really suck for music. You were too kind there, they're awful at it, lol. But they're a lot better for gaming than you give them credit. The soundstage is very wide and detailed, the tuning is great for gaming and footsteps and abstract sounds and they aren't fatiguing (though I am tolerant of even pretty sharp treble)
And the tips are trn T tips. They're their premium tip, and my personal favorite alongside dunu SS, so that's a $15 value, I'd say the dac is a good $10 one, and the redchain modular qdc cable is also one of my very favorites at any price, with a detachable mic, that's another $14 from TRN.
So id say they're a solid value, but not much of an improvement over the cvj konoka, imo. The konoka have less bass thump from the motor and a little less accuracy in the detail but you can turn off the motor and the BA with the switches, and they become pretty acceptable (not awesome, but totally serviceable) for music, and with everything on, they sound more cohesive for stuff like movies.

maybe in the future... trn will make other compatible terminations if ever many will adapt MARS (or market them separately to be compatible to their other iems for gaming use... much like what kinera has done with celest ruyi and kinera gramr)... as their existing modular cables have 4 pin connection and the one in mars has 5 pins... cmiiw...

The sonus is also good for gaming. Has solid imaging and decent sound stage while sounding good for music. This iem could have just been the same with a different flavor of tuning and a good mic. Shame it didnt turn out that way

Why don't you add translation for Arabic? I followed the video, but my English is not good. Thank you for the video.

Mine even support aptx n game mode with low latency provided..Correct.. Very nice towards movies( myTWS) just like in the cinema without disturbing peoples around u.
    Peace!

We’re audiophiles. Wired sounds better and some of us love gaming.

Na.. Still preferred TWS towards games.. My endgame system for IEM is Q5S TC ( dualAKM4493 which in legendary RMEadi2 + dual THX aaa as modular amps) + xduooMT604 which is 4pentodes that delivers 2Watts = heaven is it.. Wow.. Peace so called audiophiles.

Its pretty obvious why gamers prefer wired iems, it's latency. Bluetooth latency, especially to windows computers, is ass. Try playing a competitive shooter when everything you hear is half a second delayed.
