Try some white lithium grease on the plunger thing on the glove box door. I had one that seemed fine but it slightly stuck in the closed position and the grease did just enough to loosen it up and hold. Great progress on the supra man! Keep up the good work.

You say you're in a time crunch but this is your car, you can take as long as you like with it. You should never rush a project like this for any reason, do it right the first time and to hell with how long it takes.
