Yes, on 90% day cycles the morning starts at 2:40am instead of 5:30. I believe this means night time is at 2:40pm on 90% nights but I haven't tested it. I watched raas and his yi ling turn into a Phoenix during his stream yesterday. As a result it's not a time speed up like it was in ASE. So 50%day/night should be 5:40am-5:40pm. 90%day/10%night would be 2:40am to midnight 10%day/90%night should be 2:40pm-noon

Glad to know I’m not the only one in these comments who hasn’t found any loot crates on the surface. IDK if it’s just that their beacon isn’t lit up, they’ve spawned in the ground, or that they’re not spawning in at all. And I dont know if it’s a single player problem, a PS5 problem, or a rare general problem.

Hey Crabby! Nice content you got, i really enjoy watching. Can you make a video guide on the entrances to the rad zone as well (red area) (currently dying in the rad zone as writing this comment). I never played ab before and it is getting on my nerves lol and am having trouble with it. I entered to find a rock drake egg using a spino and got lost. I bet many others would be confused about it too. Thanks!
gonna hop on and try testing some spots in rad zone for building, ase remember having a small outpost near drake nest for hatching forgot where it is or if its still possible
@@OfficialKap each to their own, I guess it would’ve been cooler to watch me approach the entrances on a rock Drake, but that also takes a lot more time and would add many more minutes to the videos and I try and keep them concise
Pyromanes are immune and also give their rider all immunity to heat and fire does mean people riding pyromanes can stay up on the surface during the day (as long as their keeping an eye on their radiation sickness?)
@@Crabbytron trying to get back to the green zone area where my base is at, I have a base prior to blue zone entrance off river that drops into blue zone( waterfall), I will look for the pink mushroom tree, thank you.
@@precious1557 oh yeah that’s not the spot the pink trees are not near your base you need to climb up the waterfall or go up a path out of the west side if blue zone
I'm having issues with the first batch of drops not having beacons. I have to wait for them to despawn or find it by luck so they can then start showing beacons does anyone know how to fix this?
@@Crabbytron well when I was on ase abberation I actually bred 5 or 6 rockdrakes I just wanted to kill alpha reaper but I was losing my sanity and losing my mind as I kept searching over and over and over again eventually I had enough of it and decided to beat Rockwell on beta as I didn't want to stay in the map for too long and just spawn it in so I can kill the reaper
@@rasashahamipour7523 its hard to find I would take a few days searching each zone killing a lot of reapers to get one to spawn alpha basilisk one was hardest for me
Well I mean sure alpha basilisk is a pain to find but for some lucky reason I found a basilisk borrowed in the ground I got out of my spino this eguys are so scary when they get out after the roar as it's like almost a second but hey it was alpha so I killed it

I'd say both red and blue have good amounts. Almost always have a new crate spawn once you grab one.

I saw some at blue & the third green it’s the bigger area but I think it’s somewhat random my single player had a big overspawn so be careful up there
The surface is wild now. There can be up to 30 reapers at once even on the small surface 😂

I can tell you the Pyro are not resistant to surface heat. Tested and lost a few lol

For some reason my surface loot drops arent spawning (singleplayer modded)

not sure why but on the servers I've been playing on, the surface drops aren't spawning at all.
