By 2006 we started selling the first production run. What could our 914 PC-BOT do? Technically not much at that early release. Unmapped autonomous navigation and a few other basic functions. In retrospect, we couldn’t answer the basic question “What does it do?” History is repeating itself here. That approach did not work for us and I would argue it’s not a great move for Unitree either. Hahhahaha !!! You have my respect ! That was really entertaining !! I like the sequence where the robot opens the Coca Cola bottle with a Karate handmove and almost kills the bottleneck and spills out half of the cola on the floor !!!! LMAO !!!
What did hammering the finger show? 😮😮😮
Ooooh holy shit only $16,000!!!! Wow!!!! The new Atlas I think the cost will be $500,000. Because Spot dog cost $74,000. Wow impressive, good job and congratulations Unitree!!!!!💥💥💥🤜🤜
Your maths don't make sense.
That's unlikely. The new atlas doesn't have hydrolics. Probably will be around 100k
@@joschjosch8859 This one too doesnt have any
The companie wouldnt get any value if it was 500k for atlas ,it would make more sense like 100/150k us dollars since atlas will be for public consume
probably 80000, i dont think itll reach 100k
Very impressive! Hats off to the team. Good luck
i hope Boston dynamics is gonna post a video soon to diss on Unitree , like kendrick and drake , back to back to see witch robot is better lmao
Have them fight in a ring
@@drawmaster77 Atlas Electric is 6 feet tall, and weighs 330lbs. He would crush G1 like a soda can
price is everything. ...
@@FrostyFoxDrakeyou think that unitree can't make a heavier version of G1 robot?
@@AAAAAA-tj1nq not necessarily. Unitree’s humanoid development is focused almost exclusively on fast, light, and cheap robotics. The R&D involved in constructing a model that’s 1.5x or maybe even double the size while maintaining the same level of dexterity would be cost prohibitive without government funding (kinda like the backing that Boston Dynamics has).
he is so cool! and playful haha, I love how he folded up on the sofa and the twirled the baton around, had I the money I'd definitely have a little robo buddy around the house
You get a robot, and you get a robot, and you get a robot!!
Everybody gets a robot!!!🤣
In the next few decades, household robots will become popular
I really really like the size. Everyone else is doing these huge robots like the movies, this is like a smaller child size but with normalish hands. Brilliant. Thats the real sci fi movie, a bunch of robots walking around the size of kids
wow goosebumps love Unitree Robotics❤❤
Where can I buy ? Are you going to implement movements for household chores?
First time I see a robot stand still without moving is feet.
I think Boston Dynamics's Atlas needs to show some dancing and backflips as a response 😄
You wanna buy a robot that can do backflips or one that can fry an egg?😂
New Atlas can't backflip, they moved away from hydraulic actuators to electric. There's no practical need to backflip anyway.
16.000$ price tag is really good. It will be affordable for most of the people i guess but i am not sure that whether this is good or not.
Definitely there will come a time when everyone has been replaced
I notice that the hands are different in the beginning of the video compared to the end. I guess Unitree are working towards better hands like Sanctuary and Tesla?
Different models I would guess. It says at the end not all models have all abilities or something along those lines. I expect the 16k is the most basic.
Impressive work you have done there. Good job.
If this is actually real time, that's fucking crazy
Those punches and kicks look weird, shown to be strong but they look as they are held back just before the hit. Also what is the function/benefit to owning one?
0:44 How to fold up kids to fit them in the overhead bin when travelling by plane or train.
can't wait to pick up the 2.0 version at a goodwill for 30 bucks in 50 years
"wow, nice fine motor contro-" *starts smashing shit*
Can it talk like gpt-4o?
Or can we upload any opensource pre trained AI to G1?
我的天哪,,完成度也太高了。加上AI加持完全可以胜任好多工作了。
So it‘s a competition now, who can make a robot stand up the weirdest way? I love it!
Cross-breed of Optimus and Atlas 2.0
😂😂😂 jealous
@@must205this robot doesnt use hydrulics and is faster than atlas lol
@@must205Unitree already showed it is the fastest and the first to do a backflip using electric motors cope harder.
@@must205do some research mo*on 😂 these guys are way more advanced than the Boston dynamic when it comes to motor driven robots. Unitree H1 is the first motor driven robot to do a back flip and another unitree robot also broke the speed record.
@@must205unitree and other Chinese humanoid robotic companies are dominating already when it comes to motor driven and electric robots. They are already selling those products. Boston was using ancient hydraulic tech till now 😂
Did anyone else imagine a human scull, crushed under the fist of the robot, instead of the walnut?
Бегу покупать, утром орехи не мог расколоть! :)
The bottom line of the fine print at 1:39
"Users are asked to keep a sufficient safe distance between the humanoid robot and the humanoid robot." 🤔 ???
so cool! it will replace Humans in dangerous tasks, leaving us the good work 👍
And what good work you think you can do cheaper than the robot?
There's an interesting report put out by the think tanks RethinkX. It is titled, This Time, We Are the Horses. As it gives the same rational as horses getting displaced by the cars within 20 years. Human labor will be replaced by humanoid robots within 10-15 years and a billion robots will be manufactured in a year. The tech disruption will be from the bottom up and the very first version will be the worst iteration and they will only get better.
These are meant to make rich people more rich this isn't for you
so cool! it will replace Humans.
@@ThomasTomiczek☣️
I like how it moves naturally. Especially when it stands up. It’s just like a organic human
It's a messy robot, we're going to have to clean up after it, all that coca cola everywhere!😂😭
They can easily open it properly
They did that to show how durable its manipulators are. I think if done repeatedly, I doubt they're gonna last.
Stunning work team Unitree! 🤖 🚀
To the idiots claiming it’s a copy it’s been around way before the new Atlas 😂 It broke speed record and the first to do a backflip with electric motors way before these other robots
Who are they ? And if they are so good why we hear about them right now?
You’ve probably seen images of the unitree H1 before doing back flips
@@iraklimgeladze5223they been showing their product since last year 😂 They been developing this for a long time like a lot of companies
@@iraklimgeladze5223 Cuz they are from China.
@@iraklimgeladze5223 Unitree is terrible at social media, for example they have a robot dog that can carry 100kg but they don't release videos of people riding it. This is why you don't know them. Boston Dynamics on the other hand is really good at social media, but bad at selling products - their cool videos were kinda their only goal for a long time since it was a research-only company before they got purchased. Unitree sold robot dogs even before Boston Dynamics and their stuff is affordable, even targeting consumers.
$16000 is a great price, however (bar AI compute) I think hand dexterity and precision is going to be the most important factor for success. This will also need to be married to a stable frame/motor combination.
I'm not optimistic for this platform but best of luck to them.
0:44 absolutely terrifying
But can it fill out lottery bet slips cause I want more than just one
Go Go Unitree, The next DJI in Robot.
Différent from competitors, with disadvantages and bonuses ...
Incredibly light !!!
Things got real zesty at the fifty second mark. 0:50
Makes sense to have some humanoids small like this so they can get into crammed spaces and save on batteries. I’d recommend focusing dexterity and hand development for smaller ones and have them work with larger ones for tasks which require strength, reach and height.
Epic make more videos guys 😮
0:55 when the robot had enough of your never ending chore list.

Instead of looking at the finite open your mind and look at the infinite. This truly is a revolution
0:42 need a woman that can do this for me
Why? Superglue a fleshlight to this robot
AYO 🤨📸
Still looks like a toy to me and I had a Omnibot growing up. Great to show your friends and then it can collect dust for 16k.
That’s really cool👀
so it's for sale for 16000 is there any review videos or unboxing videos of this? It would make it alot easier to decide whether it's features are useful to the consumer or not..
Why are there cables running down its arms in some scenes and not in others?
Does it have hole, asking for educational purposes
autonomous or just a puppet? And if the Wi-Fi goes out, who can reason and do something useful on their own? how much energy does it consume? What energy efficiency does it have compared to a simple mouse in terms of reasoning and neuromuscular work capacity?
That's a fast one, holy!
16k is a fantastic price affordable with financing for pretty much anyone at that price.
The robot is 100% more talented than modern day teenagers.
It's doing stuff without a phone in its hand.
