Great video. I get what Andy is saying about the slight head turn, it is key for me in allowing rotation as much as is possible to keep control. I try to turn my head slightly in set-up and look at the back of the ball with my left eye....it's pretty much putting my head in the position Andy is telling Tubes. Love these tutorial videos lads, keep em coming 🙂
Watched this last night and went to the range today on the advice you gave to tubes with letting your head turn away in the backswing and it has been a gamechanger, i have been strugging really bad with over the top and when i done this it stopped me throwing out my trail shoulder on the downswimg and timing felt so much better aswell, legends 🙌
What a fantastic video, I took up golf in Feb 2024 and absolutely love it, however my driving is horrendous. This video has change my whole outlook on my driver. I wish I'd seen this vid before I went to the range today. Some fantastic tips as always... thank you.
@@jonathanstephens3839 I lack confidence with my long irons (4&5) but when I go to the range, I'll work on those the most after warming up. It could be as simple as the ball position is incorrect. You just don't know until you see it. I would suggest trying to record yourself hitting balls.
Hi MAMG I have been a member here since 2013 and have learnt much from your videos. I was so shocked when you went to the USA as I wanted a lesson from you. When are you coming home
I think, I could be wrong, but these golf instructors should be talking to eyes on the ball vs head movement. If he would of said it okay to keep your eyes on the ball and move your head a little i would of been sold on the the concept.
Can you do a vid on HOW to slice ? I can't hit one to save my life and would love to, everything I hit is a a skinny push or pull. I play with slicers who hit ball then turf and use the sweetspot, I NEVER have ! Every TH-cam vid, every magazine article is " how to cure your slice" I would love to curve it left to right, feel the sweetspot and hit ball then turf, but just can't 😢

Guys do you think tubes was a bit stiff? With routine? It would be good to see him take to the ball more natural set up etc?!? Also you definitely need to move ya head a bit 🙌🏼👍🏼
Yes still a little over the top in the swing. We would definitely start looking at the down swing in the next lesson. This was a good start though to get him moving better to make it easier.
Hope you enjoyed this one with Tubes? What are you struggling with in your game right now? Let us know below. 👇
Exactly the same thing. I’ll try this set up drill next time I’m in the range.
Thank you.
@@meandmygolf. How long you got. 😂😂😂😂😂
The “FORE!!!” in the background got me 😂
I know. The course was so busy. Not sure why we didn't duck😂😂
Hahahaha, the way Andy kept peeking down the line had me wondering if he was worrying for their safety. Brilliant.
You gotta love Tubes' enthusiasm to get better. He's such a genuine character. Great lesson 🙌
He's mad for it. Top bloke. Glad you enjoyed it.
Chat gpt recommended your channel when I asked for TH-camrs to help improve my game and so here I am ready to binge the videos lol thanks boys
Check out porzak golf, setup and back swing stuff helped me immensely
So very simple, and I love the enthusiasm and encouragement in your delivery of instructions.👍🏻

Great to hear Hugh. That's awesome!

Great to hear! Glad this was useful!
Just goes to show, slight adjustments, and the results are huge. Great video, your improvement the last few months is massive Tubes, keep it going 👌🏽
Brilliant video. The Eureka wow from Tubes was gold. Roll on San Diego … happy to caddy 😂😂😂😂
Thanks Chris!!
That is a great video. The set up and tilt is so important. Great coaching and a fantastic outcome.
Thanks Jon!! Glad you enjoyed it.
You guys are the absolute best period. I just did your membership and I hope your drills can help me. The driver is absolutely killing my game.
A lot of people get in their head too much on the golf course and it can mess you up. Confidence goes a long way!!!
@@BlackWat3rGTR That’s what I lack the most is confidence.

Thanks Jonathan! Check out the Total Driving plan.
Great lessons guys, Can’t wait for tubes and ang to put it into practice
Thanks Paul. Glad you enjoyed this.
Right off to the back garden to try that what a great and informative lesson/session A++++
Looked like a great lesson that. You have a really good coaching style both of you. Great job 🙏🏌️⛳
Thanks Chris. Gotta keep it simple and get the right domino if you know what I mean.

Thanks for all your support! We are back a couple of times a year.

He's mad for it Matt. Love it.
Tubes as just discovered the sweet jar wow 👌
wow Tubes, balanced at the end of the follow through 💪
💪🏻
Wow I need a lesson with you guys .!
there's thousands of lesson based videos over on meandmygolf.com. Also, there is some amazing stuff coming over the next 12 months.
Vast improvement 👏
You just have to remember to put in practice now Tubes! You are really improving mate.
Brilliant

I think Tubes is ready for a competition 🙏😂🏌️⛳
Incredible
Thanks David.
Awesome 😃
great stuff 👏
Thanks Craig.
lol there were people on the same tee. That was classic
Look at the height difference on the driver shots in this video compared to Tubes’ usual driver ball flight! Single figures look out!

Amazing
Would the head move be used with iron shots as well?
Yes definitely Nik.
Tubes and ange are looking hot, the key now is not to try n smash it and relie on body and timing 💥

Without testing him physically I'm not sure. He had some range of motion and yes the more he practiced that the more natural it would happen.
When we know that you know... we know. 🤣🙏🏽⛳️🖖🏽
😂😂😂 What a quote.
Find someone who looks at you the way Tubes looks at Andy ❤
😍😍
Nice lesson but he was still coming over the top,and did not look like he was attacking the ball from the inside.
Yes still a little over the top in the swing. We would definitely start looking at the down swing in the next lesson. This was a good start though to get him moving better to make it easier.
Dip dip
Next golf life back to their old ways.
Tubes has had about a million lessons from every TH-cam pro lol
Well done guys 😊
Thanks Roy. Hope all is well!
Buzzing for tubes as he just wants to get so much better
He loves it.
Tubes looks like he had a chicken wing as well.
Yes definitely. His face is closed at the top though so can't more likely to have less arm rotation in the swing.
