For the people who are so offended by this video, there are videos similar to this where people in different countries are asked similar questions, including people in the U.S. and the U.K. Just like this, some of the answers are funny and can be considered dumb. Their answers don't necessarily mean they're dumb or the school system has failed. Sometimes people are simply not paying enough attention to the question being asked or people experience "brain farts".
