Considering how we are moving towards Autonomous Vehicles, and Tesla’s distribution method challenging norms, customer service will be completely different in a short time frame. As a manufacturer that is behind on electric but ahead on AV technology (largest American OEM patent holder) they are headed in the right direction long term.

Ford should always make Taurus and Fusion and make them smarter and have plug in hybrid version for Taurus and to add more driver assist technology.

This Ford CEO is going to run the company into the ground with loss of thousands of employees. He has to be kidding me......partening with Domino Pizza. How many people will buy autonomous vehicles? Ford CEO's must learn that driver's want to choose what they want, not what is forced on them to buy. A good cost saving tactic would be to cut the wages of CEO's and sub managers.
I know no one that wants an autonomous vehicle. I'm really trying to understand this guy. I'm more than happy to have complete control of my vehicle. Plus I think there will be a whole new set of problems with these things.

Hope FORD should focus on durability and reliability that would surpass the JAPANESE durability to save a bad image. It seems that FORD vehicles are like made in China. Sorry to say.....

Doubt it. Tesla doesn't have the capacity to produce cars at anywhere near the numbers that Ford does.

Is Ford still going to make cars? Yawn! This guy is all mumbo jumbo - he says nothing. Ford’s product line is, once again, aging with no clear replacements. Ford appears to have nothing in the pipeline, a dull boring numbers guy for a CEO and a chairman who only has a job because of family connections. Ford is in huge trouble.
You are 100 percent wrong sir. Ford vehicles are reliable. Safe, and have 3 vehicles that are brand new and they are ford ranger, ford transit, and new Ford Edge. Reliable is most important thing in cars not refresh and new products. I never have problems with my ford vehicles.
Joseph Dan Sorry, but the Ranger is not new. This model has been available for years elsewhere. As for the Transit and Edge, they are getting new grilles and a mild refreshing. Fords new car plans, in the US, appear to be non-existent. The last truly new car was the Mustang, three years ago. They have done nothing. Now they have a CEO who throws out the latest buzzwords, but doesn’t seem able to connect them into a coherent vision.
You are wrong sir. The only flaw with Ford is that they don’t get new products out fast enough. Ford is helping creating brand new world with ford city of tomorrow.
I work for GM and I worked for Ford before. American cars suck in general but Ford and Chrysler are the crappiest!
I am no CEO but if I was I would put all effort into building a electric truck that will kill anything Tesla can come out with... or just buy Tesla
We are going far away from Fords roots and build very expensive cars and give the middle finger to poorer buyers.And we will build umpteen horrible different types of SUV which the world will get,like it or not..
