This is NOT a promotional video. I pay for all of my flights and hotels (and I always tell you how much!) so I can be as honest and impartial as possible. I do not receive any special treatment that wouldn’t otherwise be publicly accessible, in fact, the hotels and airlines have no idea about my visit and that's the way I like it!

Thanks Kevin. Helpful, as usual.
Thanks very much 🙏🏻
Fully agreed with your verdict on this Kevin, I just flown with them on a return trip from Singapore to Seoul last week.
Glad I wasn’t far off base! Thanks for watching 🩴
great video as always kevin!
hahaah that name description is crazy, my mind got lost :D
You and me both!
Hi Kevin, the entry process is now almost back to normal. Cheers.
Good to hear! Thanks for watching 🩴

Thank You✈️

Thanks again for the great review 👍although I liked your old thumbnails before Koh Samui more.
I get bored (very) quickly 😉. Things will continue to change. Thanks for watching 🩴
Increasingly important is that the reviewer covers the digital experience. Not all are doing this.
My last entry into Japan - about 15 years ago - took about 10 minutes. Countries that make my visiting difficult lose my business.
Considering how efficient things usually are in Japan, 10 minutes would seem to be a good baseline.
I think that's about what it took me in late Jan 2020 at Narita. Hopefully they figure things out a bit better by the time I fly into Haneda in Jan 2024.
Such beautiful vlogging. But will we ever see you Kevin ;) and yeah 9 low cost for a relatively small nation like SK is impressive. Cheers to all Aviation Enthusiasts..
Thanks- and probably no 😊
No, Kevin, I did not know that.
Full Subway. Bonus points for mentioning a destination I had never heard of before.
The airline? I'd fly with it.
Bishkek? Kyrgyzstan is really an incredible country. I originally had a comment about how beautiful the mountains there are but felt it came off a bit… ‘oh… and I’ve been THERE too…’ lol.
Website blurbs:priceless 😂
😂
Stupid question: where do I find your community posts?
Greatly appreciate your marvelous reviews!
Whether on the app or on a computer, if you goto the home page of the channel under neath the subscribe button there will be 4-6 tabs. On my page they are Home, Videos, Playlists, and Community tabs. Click on Community and there ya go. If you interact with some of the posts on my or any other channel they’ll eventually start showing up on your own home page as videos would.
Thanks for the video! Does T’way allow carryon bags (10kg) and personal item with all fares? Thanks!
I'm tempted to say yes, but with ULCCs, it's always subject to change- I'd check with them if I were you. Thanks for watching 🩴
I am intrigued with the strange website portion. I went to take a look at their Korean edition and the weird stories aint mentioned. I am not sure if it is a case of some employee pulling off a prank and publishing it without people realising hahaha!
That just feels sooooo... un-Korean to have such a rebel doing that lol
1ST Again!! Awesome video!
Thanks for watching 🩴
3hrs!!! Whoa!
Sure was haha
Yep that concourse is very much owned by Vietnam bound flights🤣 I flew Vietnam B787 from ICN to HAN last april and a few VN planes were on the gate, a couple of Vietjets and a Bamboo jet!
😂 Thanks for watching 🩴
Hi Brother, make a video on Dubai to Cochin route on Emirates airline.
Thanks for watching 🩴
Bizarre stuff about the Union between England and Scotland, and translated very badly by what is the best known translation app maybe ? It has occurred to me that the British Union story might be an obscure reference to the Korean Peninsula and the deep deep deep divide between the 2 nations , which are , after all, home to the Korean people , however far apart they are in most ways .. it’s just a passing thought..🤭.. nice clip again Kevin.. thanks as always.. 🙏
So, does that mean Scotland is North Korea? 😂😂 Thanks for watching 🩴
I’m speechless with their website 😂
Haha me too 😊
I came here to say the same, you beat me to it. And the nonsense about the colour scheme, marketing have way too much time on their hands 🤣
Hey, watching from Scotland, no no idea what the corporate guff is? But, great video!
You mean T’way didn’t consult y’all before buying all of that Queen Anne Green paint? 😅

Can you spend 2 days in Toyko flying from Seoul? I want to include it in my 2 weeks in South Korea
Sure, why not?
are they check hand luggage dimensions for a backpack like ryanair or they not care ?
Generally LCCs in Asia care about weight and being a reasonable size. The only airline I ever say measure my bag was Jetstar Japan.
@@tfft thank you for answer. its enough for me
Can anyone please help me out? What is the significance of Scotland and England? And why is it Queen Anne Green. I'm so confused because it's actually the colours of the Welsh flag so 🤷♀️ OK now let's get onto the actual airline, the seats looked great, l really liked the very sleek and stylish, fresh modern look. They sure are snug, though. Gives me Jetstar vibes, and l certainly wouldn't want to fly to Sydney in Economy either, but a short hop to endure a 3-hour arrival process in Japan seems worth it. 🤭
Just a bad translation I guess.
That’d normally be my first guess… but when you’ve got Scotland and England plus “Great Britain” plus “Kingdom” plus “Queen Anne” also in the description… it seems the translation was likely spot on… either that or the translator has one too many warm pints 😅
3 hours? I would lose my mind, or the few brain cells that I have left! 😂
Luckily they occupied our time by moving from queue to queue 7 times :)
🎉🎉🎉👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for watching 🩴
Tway is another airline that would benefit from KAL/Asiana merge. I dont know why but Tway seems to grow better financially than other LCCs in the region.
They are starting more routes from Daegu(used to be Taegu, where Tway headquarter is currently located and possibly one of the hidden reasons behind assigning its new name T(aegu) Way from Hansung), and Cheongju.
Did not have time to read about their website, but such wierd description(rather a bullshit) sounds so funny. Look forward to see your reviews on other LCCs in Korea.
One tip: there are only few places that you can find all the Korean based airlines, KIX and FUK, and GMP(not ICN)
You're forgetting Air Premia (who doesn't fly to any of those airports 😉)
@@tfft Ah.. you are right. That was before COVID days(and the launch of Air Premia). KIX and FUK are the airports that you can find the most number of Korean based airlines back than becuase Air Busan, subsidiary LCC of Asiana, used to run its routes only from PUS without ICN. I found out that recently Air Busan also started service from ICN, so my comments are no longer true... sorry about that.
Haha no worrries. I can’t keep track of them all either!
Low cost on a wide body is a blessing in general - just not on Cebu A330😂😂
(Or economy on AirAsia X, Vietjet or FrenchBee wide bodies haha)
Scoot is 3-3-3 on 787s. That can’t (literally, can’t) be worse than 3-3-3 on an A330 or 3-4-3 on an A350 lol
Vietnam's aviation industry seems to be taking off big time. It connects almost all of East asia it seems. 💫
What Vietnam got to do with Korea
🙋🏼♂️🧠🟰…
@@markmitchell2658 Just an observation from the past few videos.
@@markmitchell2658 I was in Vietnam a few weeks ago and there are a LOT of Korean tourists. Departing Da Nang in the evening, I counted no less than 10(!) flights to just Incheon in the space of about 4 hours. There were also other flights to cities like Busan.
korean cargo looks like pepsi logo with way too liberty and fun for the designer.. lol
Pretty sure all of East Asia would say you’ve got it the wrong way round 🤔
@@tfft oh is it?? seems sentimental.. aah now i get it.. its the ying-yang, isnt it?? my apologies
travelled to new zealand?
I did…. It not sure how you knew it based on this video lol.
@@tfft enjoy? have you flown Air NZ?
I love your videos, but the lack of the letter T in words...
If that’s your biggest concern in life today, then I’d say you’re doing predy well, Gary.
The corporate info although all crap, but did what it is supposed to and have people talking I would think many if not hundreds that watch this would have gone to the website and create interest. Vietnam airlines yes so many I cant wait to fly them again. Kansai airport was the same in April took nearly 2 hours to get through immigration and get bags. Now my first issue about your videos- why why to you think it is ok to take on extra 30% of baggage. It is irresponsible and wrong just follow the rules. 🙏👍🙂
You must be joking about the baggage. If not, climb down from that oh so high horse you’ve anointed yourself upon.
@@tfft Very sad you give out criticism but can't accept it. I thought you did a great job providing this info did not realise that it was only your opinion that counted.
I thoroughly enjoy receiving criticism actually, without it I have no fresh pair of eyes, but criticism should be proportional. Calling me ‘irresponsible’ for having a carry on 2-3kg over the limit is 🍌🍌🍌 even by the wildest of internet trolling standards, especially considering I tried to book extra carry on baggage, they tagged my bag as a carry on and I was more than willing to pay to check the bag if need be. Hence, “I took a bit of a risk today” and not “I successfully defrauded an airline…”
The name could also be a nod to TWA. In any case, loved the gibberish nonsense in their website. lol
Edit: and I still don't understand the wearing of masks.
Masks have been part of everyday life in East Asia since long before covid began. Nothing at all wrong with it.
Going to NRT in 20 days, I heard someone got their bags within 30mins after deplane recently, let’s hope without the restriction will help 🫣
I’d sure hope so. I wanna say it’s been long enough by now… but frankly it had been long enough by then to have an efficient system as well.
