Both of these are super strong and very effective. I use the iron remover types for wheels because even though they stink, they are actually gentle. All these alkaline products are good but for disaster wheels and dirt more than brake dust.
I use Adam’s wheel n tire for just tires. I haven’t found a better product that really gets the browning off. I have polished chrome wheels so the Adam’s stained the wheel. Didn’t realize it till it was too late. Brake buster takes care of the wheels
I will try KC next. I hear a lot of bad things about BB but I always have great result anyways great videos. Love the information you provide and congrats on the new rice. She’s a beauty!!New sub!!
@@slickrick1636 Thanks! brake buster is awesome for regular cleaning. It's not the best for very dirty wheels. KC is great for vry dirty and it can be heavily diluted too.
@@FineDetailingAZfor sure for sure. That what I like about it. Literally down to the cents. I’m deff switching over to KC once I fishing the gallon of both lol thanks again for the knowledge boss!!!
I use Maniac now. Adam’s was beating up my driveway. I only use when the tires need a good cleaning though. Otherwise, I use Adam’s Eco, and 303 Touchless Sealant on the wheels. Don’t need more than Eco with that routine.
The best I’ve used is Dark Fury 10-20:1 & Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner at 1-2:1 … If I think the wheel is easy to clean I use car soap .. helps a lot to put a spray & rinse sealant on wheels too for easier future cleaning
@@FineDetailingAZ I don’t like dark fury myself, it’s runny when diluted. You need to try “non acid universal cleaner” it’s the better wheel cleaner from superior products. 1:4 rips browning off tires first go, it’s got similar ph an chemicals as dark fury but is very different in cleaning ability. An it clings to the surface very well
@@FineDetailingAZ thanks for your response! So how do you clean the foampump if you keep it stored? I assume the foamsprayer innerparts will get affected with the alkalic products right? You don't need to spray water with it to clean it after each use?
@@urdead258 Of course, so since I have a business I'm using them pretty regularly. If they do fail it's usually just the filter which I replace in the IK foamer. You could just pop out the spray top and put in your bucket and get some water through it after each use. Wouldn't be hard to do.
@@kodylagreca good point I’m not a fan of having 2 products in that scenario. The Koch Chemie in this video and the Adam’s do an excellent job on tires and wheels. I guess if you needed a dedicated tire stripper for very bad tires you could have something but I think both of these work
@@FineDetailingAZ yes, I use a TON of superior products. It can be found at O'Reilly. It is extremely economical if you have a detailing company. I use it for bug remover also on the front bumper.

Koch Chemie must be pretty good. I have found it hard to beat Adams Wheel and Tire. Nice vid!
@@chiroguy98 thanks I think it’s the best out there.

I keep hearing about Maniac too. I saw EC details do a review. I'll have to try that too. Good to know on the Adam's and the driveway staining.
Another sub & like here mate from the UK 👍👍
@@FunkyNinjaDizzle thanks for watching! Cheers
Nice review. I will try Adam's with 2:1 ratio!

@@FineDetailingAZyeah superior products has good cheap products
@@JayWoodworks To be honest I wasn't that impressed with Dark fury. it was good but I think KCX is stronger. Just tried it last week.

Thanks @jarekdubla6204!
Is it safe to keep the diluted product stored in the foampump?
@@urdead258 I do however when I do that I used distilled water just so I know it won’t effect the chemicals. Probably okay either way.

I’d love to see how Adam’s Tire Cleaner stacks up against these two for cleaning tires.
@@kodylagreca I was trying to go for a dual wheel and tire combo. I can do a dedicated tire cleaner test soon though

Whats your go to ratio with it?
For which? Koch Chemie? If so, then it would 5:1 for me good middle ground.

No one should ever buy the small ik sprayers wast of time and money
