It’s a trail. Leverage is like a longer stride. Then there’s just regular steps. If taking longer strides takes longer than just a lot of steps fast, why aren’t you just stepping faster?

Yeah this is just categorically false, if you go apeshit hulk mode on one muscle group it just wont grow at all due to how aggressive the workout was, you would give yourself rabdo and your muscles would just be trying to heal to their former point
He literally stated that it’s maximum bucks vs most bang for your buck. He’s not saying to hurt yourself, overextend yourself, or ego lifting. I do agree that this mentality is not 100% healthy/manageable for like 99% of people out there, but he did it. His arms are massive and his business is massive. All we can do is find our own path to that level of success, even if we can’t match his volume. That’s where creativity and discipline comes into play.
Junk volume doesn't translate to gains.
You are doing 60 times more but the results don't show. No use in doing so much volume, take 1 set to muscle failure in less than 12 reps. Now thats how you grow.
10 sets 6 days a week enhanced maybe not natural.
