I think men in the industry are great, some kids thrive better with a male babysitter, they can bond better and some even have a positive impact. I think that men have to be way more conscious about how they work with children because of todays world. Men will also have to work ten times harder to prove themselves in the industry and build a name for themselves. What are your thoughts?

What is your opinion on men in the child care industry?
