Really it is a great recipe...thank you so much.... although I wasn't able to make proper shape at first...but lately when I made a proper circular rings those were not that much tasty as the earlier irregular ones were... may be because the circular rings overlapped each other and were not able to cook properly so they felt less crunchy..but overall... it went amazing... the batter was finished soon.
And now I am making these jalebies again... preparing some more batter because the hard work was worth it...

Made it today...was craving to have jalebi for so long.... n this was my first attempt... I used kesar in place of food color.. it simply turned out to be fantastic.. 😎😎
I tried today but did not come out so well. Eno made the taste of jalebi salty. Had to add little more flour. Also felt like I was eating South sweet jangiri because jalebi taste sweet as well litte sour but my jalebi tasted only sweetness.

Perfect recipe.... thanks for this. Tried first time, n it turned out so good. So tasty, crispy, juicy. My son, hubby n me liked it a lot, more than the Jalebi we get in shops. I never eat jalebi as i don't like the taste, but this is so yummy man. Just shape couldn't be that good, but it will be improved next time.

Thanks for the PERFECT ratio of ingredients … first I tried with somewhere around 75/80 gms of maida and rest same but I found it not perfect than I emptied it back and measured and added rest of 110 gm .. and voila! Perfect jalebi👏👏
