In this video, I am assembling an antique roadbike with new parts, using a bullhorn handle bar to make it a hybrid bicycle

Wonderful project, my friend! Congrats!
It gives me the idea of using bullhorn handlebars in my road bike. I've past the 40s and the drops are not that comfortable anymore. This handlebar provides 2 options for my hands while riding and keeps my back in a healthier position!

Nice bike. That headset fork race seems way too big, you can use aluminium can material (0.2mm) to make it seat properly

Did you get the hollow tech bottom bracket to fit the 113x68 threads?
Actually all Hollowtech2 can be put on old frame.

You should have used the brakes to hold the bar tape on the ends, if possible, instead of electrical tape.

This bike was really easy to assemble th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

Hey sir , thanks for the video. I have a question. May I know the exact name of brake levers ? Are they tektro rx 4.1 ? I also want to buy them for my bullhorn handlebars , but instruction says they are only for triathlon aero handlebars. Are they compatible with any kind of 25.4 mm bullhorn handlebars ?

Hello, I have mine Shimano shifter same as yours. I repaired them but I can not gather them into using properly. Could you give me some instruction about that?
Assamble all the shifter part dont forget where it belongs, clean all that, with degreaser and rinse. Dry them,
Put some grease, tighten the bolt lock properly, so the shifter can rotate smoth but not play.

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

My guy my frame was 26. Something. Its hard to find 26 sz seatpost... I installed a 25.4 but still loose. I just stock it with metal sheet to fit..
No no my friend. i have a classic fixie frame.. 25.4 won't fit in the seat tube
