I hope you properly torqued down those crank bolts. What is shown is probably about 10% of what you need to torque.

I’ve a smaller Type R frame, is it possible to attach a longer stem and seat post to make the smaller frame work?

you mean you eant make the frame more bigger by using long stem?
@@DreamBicycles more or less. it wouldnt really enlarge the frame but a longer stem would ensure I have a comfortable reach to the handle bars!
