It's not making fun of America alone, despite using American terminology ironically. It's more calling out Capitalism, corruption and elitist societies (as you can see the numerous references to Freemasonry, Skull & Bones and Illuminati) and their repercussions and ripples across all other aspects of our existence- across the world and through time.
It's an incredibly pertinent song and video. And it's so fucking well executed.

This band seriously is one of the best, if not THE best in the hardcore scene. They have sacrificed so fucking much to get to where they are, and this performance is so fucked up tight, which shows how much they dedicate their lives to music.

Skr 1221 of course. It’s raw but they’re still sound pretty decent for a shitty mix. I don’t think it wasn’t until AOGHAU when their live shows started sounding more tighter and better. It comes with bands earning more money and becoming bigger. Only expected

Met these guys at Warped in Toronto. Awesome guys, really. Sam signed my LMTF shirt without me even asking. We ate lunch with them for about 10 minutes during their signing and they're just genuine down to earth guys and it was a great privilege meeting them
I have a shirt signed by the entire band tucked away from that exact day.
Holy shit, these guys play music like it's no effort. Best live performance I've seen in a while.

Architects are amazing live, I've seen them twice and they never disappoint, can't wait to see them in MD. Architects have helped me though some really dark times in my life and are by far my favorite band for that reason.

Everyone check out the band A Sight For Sewn Eyes. That's the shirt that Sam's wearing and they are absolutely amazing.
I love this song but my god have they gotten better live. More recent videos of this are much tighter, Sam is more on point and the way they extend the ending is pure gold. I think Josh is an amazing guitarist but I think once they got Adam they really started to tighten up, that guy is so precise and him and Tom synched up so well live.

My favorite live perfomance of "these colors don't run" by far. I think this really rough voice that is pretty concise in this example fits the song soooo well! It kinda makes it heavier for me. Like, he screams from the top of his lungs. Maaaan I love these guys ♥

@Ludvig Elverskog It's not the mic that's shit. It's the way he grips it that takes out all the highs and makes it sound small. Every five year old should know that by now, and although Sam is one of the best in the business, he still can't hold a microphone right like all the other metalcore singers. This is the single thing i could ever criticise about Architects.
