  • The number of steps you need to do each day is vague recommendation. The common held belief that 10,000 steps is needed was based on a study in Japan looking at exercise adherence, not health markers.
    However, a new study published in the Lancet, has provided evidence for the ideal number of steps needed to lower cardiovascular disease by over 50%.
