    subbed when I found you on the dawn effect episode - good content - thanks as a type 2 total insulin dependent - hello from perth Western Australia - as per the video 2 hours after evening meal low 6 and in the morning mid to high 6 - lost 26kgs low carb/keto for 9 months lantus basal down from 140 - 8 units plus 2 units humalog in the morning to limit dawn effect ?? when glucose now rises to 7 -8 mid morning - might go back to 10 units and cut the humalog for a week to settle things down before deciding if it is needed for dawn effect - thanks again - you are the only vlog that talks about injectable insulin affecting glucose levels and how they balance etc
