  • Are you tired of working for someone else?
    I completely get it. I feel your pain.
    My biggest realization in my 20’s was that I could not work for someone else or have a boss.
    I hated it.
    It was a little bit different back then in terms of the whole online experience - it wasn’t as accessible for me. Making my first 6-figures a year was definitely a challenge.
    But in this digital age, creating a $15k per month one-person side hustle is a lot easier than you think it is. I will be showing you my 13 step process, I used to build a $15k per month side hustle in 60-days.
    If you get these 13 steps wrong, you will end up with an expensive hobby that loses you money.

    Hey Matt, subscriber of Founder OS newsletter and have really been enjoying these videos on your channel! Something that would be helpful to me is examples in niches other than business. I think it's easier to convey a moneytary value to services that lead to income ($15,000/mo) than it is with health or relationship offers. Do you think you could highlight one of your students in those niches that have had success with maybe the platofrms they chose and why? I want to create my offer in the food/wellness niche so always help to see something relateable! Thanks again for creating killer content, I'll continue to promote and watch.

    I'm stuck on the part of starting conversations. Still trying to figure out which social platform I can deal with the most. Definitely disklike social media in general.

      Start small and be consistent on one platform to start

    • @ganeshkuduva
      @ganeshkuduva 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you have not done "starting conversations" in person with people, there is no way you can do that too well over social media, it may be a bitter truth! As Matt says, "start small, and be consistent on one platform to start". Once you grow to a good size (by then you would have figured out how content creation and increasing your followers work), take that strategy to another platform! Bingo. Frankly, I am also working on it but I am already seeing it works. I am active on LinkedIn right now, with a bit of my hands on Facebook and Instagram. Cheers

    Sick content brother! I’ve been making content about self improvement lately and I was wondering if the best thing to do is starting by giving a free e-book to get testimonials from people or just hop on a 1-on-1 consultation for free at first?

    • @realmattgray
      @realmattgray  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would hop on 1:1 consultations at first. Get to know people face to face. Help real people with real problems. Refine your solution. And gradually scale up from there.

    Hey Matt, this is fantastic!! Thank you!! I have one question, I'm looking to educate my community in how to join the yachting industry, once they're in and have the job they desire, how can I keep them in? What incentive to do they have to stay or how can I create that incentive?

    Solid advice and easy steps, love it.
    One question, I'm building my audience through free information on how to find work in my industry posting on reels and tiktok to then bring them over to my online server where I will be talking with them more personally. once in there and I've helped them source a job, I'm not sure how I can continue to keep them there paying for a monthly subscription?

      You could consider moving people to a paid community on Skool, Mighty, or Circle where they get increased access to you, exclusive content, and maybe a weekly digital meetup. Experiment with those platforms, choose 1, and see if you can get your first 10 founding members to join.

    Honestly, I came here with the expectation to see another one of the videos with no real value, like "find your passion, work hard for it, build your audience, and sell your services or product to them." Turned out otherwise.
    Thank you so much, Matt, for a step-by-step plan on how to achieve success.

    This is awesome! Quick question - how can you upsell your service to people in a different country when most of the folks who interact with your content are NOT from that Target country?

    • @realmattgray
      @realmattgray  ปีที่แล้ว

      You could try DM’ing people 1:1 that are in the target country and in your ideal profile.
      You could collab with a partner in the target country and distribute content together.
      You could generate SEO content targeted at the other country.
      Generally when posting on social media you’ll get a lot of people from all over. You could consider asking someone in the target country to share your content.
