Here in South Carolina Asian grocery stores are few and limited items. You are so lucky to have a dedicated Asian grocery chain stores! A lot of Asian people in South Carolina have to travel to Atlanta, Georgia to get everything they need or order it off Amazon .
Lovely vlog and as always really delicious meals. I was curious to know if you used all the pork cutlets for one meal or had leftovers, I know the Japanese make pork cutlet sandwiches ? My husband uses those Golden curry cubes, he makes himself a curry noodle soup with pak choi, bean sprouts, coriander and fresh chilli twice a week, it smells divine but it’s too spicy for me 😀

We had leftover. It's a lot for one meal😄, but I coated the rest with breadcrumbs and freezed them for next time.
How many of those curry cubes do you use in your dish? Thank you

One thing I have noticed you eat a lot of dark meat chicken do ever eat chicken breast or you just don’t like white meat
