This video made me hungry! Well, your videos typically do. 🙂 I don’t enjoy cooking but I do it because eating out is far too expensive. My issue with cooking is all the cleanup. Need to get better at one pot meals. Last night I made stir fry using tips picked up from you. It was delicious! I made it for 4 so that I have plenty of leftovers for lunches this week.

Thank you for showing how to open a tough lid. I have several of the rubber jar grips, but sometimes they just don’t get the job done. I usually wind up banging the edge of the lid on the counter and worry about damaging the countertop. Won’t have to do that again! Oh, and as a former Northern MN resident, I can relate to the weather and desire to stay indoors. Brr!

I always fry my chicken in my cast Iron skillet, and I use Crisco shortening just like my mother and grandmother did...

I mostly cook, but sometimes my husband cooks. He likes to cook Japanese food. We had falafel with vegetable couscous last night which I cooked. We're having leftover couscous tonight. Lily I'm glad you got your unagi, hope you enjoyed it.😊

My son cooks for us...I used to cook every day until I had a stroke; now I am no longer able, and I miss it very much...last night, he made spaghetti and garlic toast and tonight he's making fried chicken and rice/gravy and green beans...he is a really good cook...

Wow steak is so expensive in Canada🤯 It looked tasty though. We hardly ever have oysters but when we do we have them raw with shallot vinegar. We did have cooked oysters in Japan once, they were really good. Have a great week Lily.😊

Don't you miss your country? Move to the USA to the south, it is warm there and there are a lot of greenery and flowers.
