It's called "செவ்வாழை" in Tamil (Pronounced as "Sev Valai". In Tamil, "Sev" means "Red color", "Valai" means "Banana or Plantain") So it literally means "
Red Banana or Red Plantain". This variety of banana has more beta carotene and vitamin C than yellow banana varieties! I gobbled a couple of those few days back! 😂 I'm from Chennai! 😊

He ate sweet milk yogurt, samosa, dahi poori with those girls place Adyar ananda bhavan, Onion bonda with tomato chutney, thalapakatti biryani, poori and potato gravy, chai or tea.
Please come to Chennai. There is a brother from south india waiting for you to show you all the varities of Chennai.

North Indian sambosa is filled with a mixture of potatoes, chutney, chickpeas and spices and is known as Punjabi Sambosa. South Indian sambosa has onion filling. Some places sambosa is filled with green millet with spices. And don't worry regarding vegetarian snacks and food dishes. Even if you stay a month here, there is such a great and different variety in each state that you may not even miss non vegetarian food.

Sanskrit words for teachers based on their unique abilities...
    1. The teacher who gives you information is called: Adhyapak
    2. The one who imparts knowledge combined with information is called: Upadhyaya
    3. The one who imparts skills is called: Acharya
    4. The one who is able to give a deep insight into a subject is called: Pundit
    5. The one who has a visionary view on a subject and teaches you to think in that manner is called: Dhrishta
    6. The one who is able to awaken wisdom in you, leading you from darkness to light, is called: Guru
Sanskrit is perhaps the only language that has such a refined vocabulary to distinguish the different kinds of teachers.

True. It is also endemic to South India. The popular yellow banana we eat all over the world is a clone of a Genetically modified varied developed in the UK. Most South Indians prefer the traditional, local, varieties even if they are slightly more expensive.
