That being said, in Delhi you'll mostly find Tamil restaurants when it comes to 'South' so the taste of Sambhar that most Delhites are exposed to is the Tamil version. I personally prefer the Karnataka style Sambhar, which is hard to find in Delhi

This is milk from a cow that has given birth to a calf within the last 3 days. It is technically called colostrum. Also, the banana price was NOT a rip off. This is a variety called the red banana, highly nutritious, rich in iron, potassium and a lot of other minerals. The yellow banana that you might have referred to, called the Robusta, is much cheaper compared to the Red Banana and also not as healthy... 🙂

As a TN guy I will accept humble defeat after watching Lucknow, Indore videos. Chennai is way behind in terms of food variety in street food and restaurants. Even if there is little new cuisine it will the shit expensive. Or its same old boring food. North indian street food has as best variety, presentation and most important pocket friendly. Best!
