John I have 2 of these dash 9s. I got 1 DCC and the other one was DCC ready. To make it DCC was the easiest thing I have ever done to upgrade. I really like them

I am in the process of adding more Scale trains rivet counter N scale engines to my fleet. And they sound and look great. Just need them to bring some of the stuff they have made in HO over to N scale.
I really need to add a River Counter to the fleet. Wish they'd make a nice SD40-2 in green/yellow MKT colors. I loved this factory weathered Dash-9, though!
