Sir you have to improve your experience may be have knowledge but experience is must . In my opinion the setup of tea coffee is not comfortable to place cups to the table.

The salver he is carrying is a skid-proof salver and doesn't need a base cloth. earlier for metal salvers base cloth was used. may I request him to hold any ware @ 45 degrees, 2. The cups are to be placed in@ 4 pm, milk hot or cold is what you ask! HINGLISH? 3. Use English or Hindi. Personalizing ergonomics to suit himself. 4. Utter nonsense. He cannot conduct tea service! Wonder what he would teach other FnB components? It's a joke! Sorry state of affairs in the institute with lecturers of this calibre.
