I know you said in one of these videos you were just playing what you wanted to play, so I thought that might be amusing to you. I never did play 13, but you seem quite knowledgeable about the game. Definitely fun to listen to!

I've dipped my toes into 14, I have one more "ultimate" challenge in 13 before I completely move on. I'm going to do "One Man Army" where I use a single premade officer with no stats above the 80's. Hopefully get that done in the next month or two.
@@apexcorvid9285 Nice! Thanks for pointing me to the other videos. I was interested in seeing the conclusion, although it seems like this game gets to a certain point and, like Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence, you start to snowball hard. Not sure how an ROTK game would balance for that.
@@TheSamuraiGoomba Yeah, once you get 1/3 of the country unless the rest of China is unified against you you're pretty much in a race to see how fast you can piece up everyone else.
I almost unite all china and the last force i have to fight is yuan shao, i have bigger force than yuan shao but still lost.. Somehow yuan shao unit army have over 250+ attack and defence how do i do that?
1. See if he has any officers you can hire away. If you sneak into town you can wine and dine them, but their loyalty needs to be below 95 to even have a shot. 2. If he controls the cities around his towns use your armies to suppress them. 3. Try to deplete his supplies so he can't launch as big of armies. Create armies and set them on his borders. He'll overreact and make huge forces. 4. If you're controlling the battles - sap his morale. Take down bases, use pincer attacks, and abilities that overwhelm the enemy. (Show of splendor is my favorite) 5. When you do attack, approach from several directions. Look where the forces are weakest and concentrate your efforts there. Use your other armies to distract enemy forces. 6. Just overpower him. Take the time to make Elite units in the categories you use. Move your officers with the highest horse/spear/bow ratings to the cities you launch your attacks from. Put 3 officers in each formation.

I played on PS4. ROTK 12 is available on PS2, it's an excellent game as well, but the playstyle is different.
