Just entered! There is a onewheel in my future and a fender would be awesome since all my money is going to the board! As always, I love your videos, have a great day! #onewheel
Thanks Jimmy, I recently bought a Pint for my morning commute here in Sydney from home to the CBD. For me, range or speed aren’t an issue as it’s only 4km to the office and I am happy cruising at around 18kmph so the pint is perfect. Had I seen this a few weeks ago I might have considered the EUC however, I’ve really fallen in love with the Pint and Onewheeling in general. Thanks for another great video, you’ve got a new subscriber in me 🤩.
Thanks Hayley! Love your covers and I love Sydney. Lived nearby for a few years right before the Olympics came... Parramatta. Thanks for the support and keep on rocking!
First had to pause to say thank you for that back to back comparison in that photo switch you did at 2:20 bc that’s how I typically need to do to see a difference so thank you!
I feel this review hits the points just right. For my use case the Pint is just right, as I get around the range and top speed issues by adding dog power as that is my main use case, and having the carving, nimbleness and small size is better for me to avoid dog/board contact and to follow them on rough trails. I don't use this for commuting or travel, just for the stoke and dog surfing, great video to help you choose the product that fits your personal uses
I talked my buddy into a M10 and he loves it. He also carries it in his backpack. Personally I love all 6 of my EUC’s. Just more practical for shopping, commuting etc... to me there is no comparison.. Love your vids homie!
Have had my pint for about 2 weeks now and loving it. As a new Dad I run out of time before I run out of battery haha. Also not sure if it's because I'm in a warm area (aus) or my mostly street riding and lowish weight but I can get 18 klm (11 miles) out of my pint which is more than I need. Thanks for making these videos Jimmy, helped me decide to purchase a onewheel on the first place.
How is it holding up? Ive had mine a little over a week. At first i was getting good milage out of it, about 1.3+ miles for every 10% of power. This morning was getting less than 1 mile per 10%? I know its advertised 6 mile range which is now making me worry, maybe as these batteries get broken in they lose range?
Nug changed the game for my big ol size 12.5 feet. I’m 30 riding days and 155mi into loving my Pint (Bought it in early November, broke a rib a week or sat later, transitioning into an uphill segment. Laughed it off, it didn’t stop me from riding. Haven’t fallen off since, learned a valuable lesson! 😉) Anyway... Had zero OW experience, haven’t ever been on any other type of OW, so my experience isn’t polluted by any other expectations. I look enviously at the XR+, and will likely buy one sometime down the road (or whatever the newest OW is at that point, PintXR+?), but this Pint does it for me now. I’m a big guy, started riding at 280lbs, down to 265 this week, and pushback still works. That said, my mileage is limited to about 5.5mi a charge, so range anxiety is a real thing. I usually get about 30min before I need that recharge, so resting is mandatory. Don’t really need a higher speed, but some range will be welcome eventually. Loving the little shred sled, best purchase I’ve made in a long time. No regrets... we’ll see how I feel in 6 months.
Without the Pint I wouldnt have ever gotten into OneWheeling. I find it fits my life just right. The onyl time I notice the range limits is if Im riding with XR owners and even then they're all usually ready to call it when I'm dead anyways. It's a great entry level device for this sort of thing and has definitely sold me on the whole thing. I have something to look forward to in an XR upgrade someday and then my son can ride the Pint with me.
Thanks for the input. Just ordered a pint. I was torn between that and an xr. Besides the price difference i kept hearing ppl say the pint is more agile/maneuverable/nimble than the xr. They have the same size motor just different size battery. It sounds like the pint has more torque.
@@tomservo3401 Its definitely those things. Especially compared to the XR owners in our group who choose to ride their tires almost flat at 12PSI and myself who rides his Pint at 35-45PSI.
Commenting to say thank-you for your videos. They both educated me on and inspired me to get a onewheel. I recently purchased a used pint and haven’t been on a skateboard since I was a kid (I’m now in my late 30’s). Your videos gave me the information and confidence I needed to try something new and keep trying. After a couple falls and getting out of my own head, I just practiced some figure 8s in the street around my my house and before I knew it, I’d put a mile and a half on the board. To quote “What About Bob”, “baby steps”. Thanks again for everything you do.
Jimmy you do a tremendous job with your videos. THANK YOU. Here is one think I would add to your review. I added some fangs and a external battery. Because of the fangs and incredible pushback with the pint I have had no bails in over 1000 miles of use. Lastly, the external battery was very easy to install and it gives me an additional 20 miles of range. So I get the carving elements that the pint offers with more range than the XR. It is truly the best of both worlds. Thanks again Jimmy for all your great videos!!!
Totally agree with your conclusions on the Pint. I use my XR to commute (9 mile round trip), but the Pint if I'm just going to a local shop or something. I have gotten 9 miles out of the Pint in the summer, but I don't think I would in the cold. Great video, as always, Jimmy.
Thanks Jimmy for another great video review of the Pint. Got my Onewheel Pint 1/14/2020, a week before I had to leave for South America, and so I only rode it a few times. Snow and cold in Wisconsin and getting ready for the trip. But as a windsurf/kitesurf and snowboard guy, there is no way I would give up the "board" feel and fun for any kind of EUC. It is able to go anywhere I can go on my long board and more, and it is definitely safer on the hills. I am planning on riding it in my subdivision, on trails, and taking it on my travels with my T@B. (But, not to Colombia where I am now. Don't care to risk it with something so unusual down here. Will stick with my motorcycle.) Easy to stash in the SUV with my other gear. Should be great for getting around campgrounds easily and on bike trails. As for range, it isn't an issue as I will take the car or motorcycle when I want to go any great distance. Often it involves a shopping trip or two anyway. Can't take a sheet of plywood or a weeks worth of groceries on any EUC or Onewheel. I want it for fun and adventure, and for that the Pint is perfect. At 140# I believe that the XR would be much more than I need as far as size is concerned and I wouldn't want to sacrifice the carving and nimbleness of the Pint. Glad I waited until this came out. Was planning on waiting until Springtime to get the Pint, but after watching some of your reviews and others, I couldn't wait. Now I have something to look forward to when I get back in April, without worrying about whether I could learn to ride it (took about 15 minutes) or if it would suit me. As for the honeymoon period being over, I'm not sure why, since all the positives mentioned in the first review are still listed, and the negatives of lower range and charge time were there 6 months ago. If I needed longer range and shorter charge time I would buy an XR, but for me the advantages of the Pint well outweigh these factors. The speed limitation doesn't take away from the fun of cruising, carving, and mimicking snowboarding, and helps keep it safer, so I don't view that as a negative for this kind of board. One negative seems to have disappeared altogether as I did not see a mention of blue tooth connection problems. Perhaps Future Motion has corrected it, and personally have not seen a single instance of that being a problem, even when a significant distance from the device. If anyone is looking for a true "boarding" experience, you can't go wrong with the Pint. I love my Pint!!!
Hola saludos desde NY soy Colombiana tambien. Just a question , how safe is the pint, I'm planning to buy one and I want to make sure this device is safe.
Great installment brother. Your little one is a master. Myself, I can't get on a EUC without holding onto something the entire time. FM needs to modify Pushback to smoothly power-down rather than suddenly power-off.
This might be an upopular opinion but having ridden both the xr and pint, I actually prefer the pint. Range is def an issue but the handling makes it so much better. If youre on the fence about buying either and you like snowboarding just buy it. I promise you will not be disappointed. 10 days and no falls yet. Float on!
Eight hundred miles and six months later, I still love my Pint. My top complaints are also the range and charge time. The charge time can be lowered to 50 minutes with the better charger from FM, but that's another $120. My warranty just ran out on the battery, so I'm extending the range by adding another battery with SonnyWheels' kit. I should get around 25 miles on it after that, so that'll be awesome. I love the board.
Jimmy Chang, the battery kit works great. I just went and rode twenty miles on it through Atlanta today with a group. It boosted my range from seven miles to ~twenty. My fender actually hadn’t come in by today and the roads and sidewalk are a little wet, so I was able to strap the battery to my back footpad and fashion a poor man’s fender into place to protect my jeans. I already love the pint because of how snappy it feels and it fully retained that feeling with the greenworks battery attached, only becoming a little more sluggish through the last four miles, but even that was perfectly manageable and able to be pushed-through safely. I just wish that I’d known about the $100 alternative to the greenworks battery before I purchased it. I’ll definitely pick up a second battery for when I’m expecting a really long haul. I love that I’m able to have a snappier, smaller board with the range of an XR with very little hassle now. Sonnywheels’ kit is far overpriced in terms of what materials are provided, but he deserves every penny that he received from me for making that reality possible. By the way, I remember you mentioned in a video a while ago that you would mail people one of your stickers if they mailed you their pint business cards. Is that offer still on the table? I’d love to have something to decorate my new fender with.
Abdul Mudhir look up SonnyWheels and you can find the kit. It was an easy enough install for me. Depending on your board’s software, you might even have an easier time installing the newer setup.
The pint is great for me, I live in a very dense area, target/Walmart/Walgreens/ my work all within the range of the pint. It's sooooo worth every penny. I even hit the trails at the nearby park aswell. You seem to live in a not so dense area, I can see where you are comming from.
I havent ridden anything since I would skateboard (couldnt even kickflip) back about 14 years ago. I just got my Pint earlier today but I couldnt unbox it until I got home from work. Took me about 10 minutes to get used to the balance part.. but I was riding on the amateur setting for about half hour. I'm already in love lol
Thanks for the review Jimmy! Good to know, I have an XR but I hear the carve-y feeling of the #onewheel pint is nice, but I appreciate your candidness about your experience! Hope you see you on a group ride one of these days!
I love my onewheel pint. I agree that the range is a little low but the charge time isn't too bad, usually under 30 min for from 5% to full. If people are watching this and worried about the range, check out CarvePower, they offer a battery pack that can recharge your battery to full in about 30 min 1.5 times. Its pretty great and an awesome extender for range.
I'd like to get a Pint to leave in my car. Great for short trips or just to mess around somewhere new. I have an XR that is great to keep by the front door to go out on longer rides.
I do exactly just that. I have it in my trunk when I go out to places. I've also taken it to ride in parks, on the shore of the beach, Downtown. You name it. But Jimmy is dead on in this review. I love the mobility and nimbleness of the Pint--It offers a quick zip, but if you're looking for something with range and power, it's the XR. I hope they make the future models of XR as nimble as the pint in the future.
What do you think about the price for what you get. Feel like the pint has a good price for what it is but seems like they're charging too much for the XR+. It's bigger and has a bigger battery but costs as much as two pints
Love my Pint. Had it since November. More speed and range would be great, but it gets the job done for me and is still so fun to ride. I have a super charger, which I'd recommend to anyone, it gives the Pint a full charge in about 30-45 mins. Appreciate your videos. When I put my helmet on I say to myself, "Jimmy Chang approved" lol
Bye Felicia! (Pint) This video describes exactly how I feel too! Same frustrations same scenarios. EUC to the rescue! MSX daily and looking to add MTen3 for the “park stuff” and blasting around locally; which my Plus and Pint are currently doing. One thing I would like to add is the body positioning when comparing OW and EUC. I ride mostly street with a healthy amount of off roading; not a huge trickster though, so keep that in mind because this is just my personal opinion. I find the forward facing stance of an EUC more natural and comfortable. It gives me better visibility and also provides more stability and responsiveness, which at higher speeds becomes exponentially more important. Another huge benefit is the reduction in strain on my legs and hips. On the OW my leading hip is always on fire and sore. On the EUC my body feels more in balance and the workload gets split more evenly. Great video as always but the quality, production, and audio on this one definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. 👏
I think their a great idea to get people into one wheel. Especially the younger crowd where they’re more replacing bike trips and need a cheaper new solution. But I’m waiting for the “XR2”. Personally I like the bigger board. Great vid Jimmy. Hope you and your family are doing well!
Derek Hedrick congrats on your purchase. To be fair I probably would have ended up with a pint but they didn’t exist yet. But I’m so happy to have my XR. I put fangs on it and funny...since...haven’t even had a nose dive. Lol. However unlike many. I admit that every nose dive that’s happened. Was pilot error. Enjoy the pint. Maybe some day we’ll catch up and take a ride.
I love my Pint! But if they come out with an upgraded XR with the pint upgrades, i will for sure get that one but for now, the Pint is amazing! I wish i can use it for work!!
I like the videos and the country music: you're something different.. Everyone else is out in in ny und la, it get boring with time. Keep up the great content 🔥🇺🇸❤
I just bought a pint last month and I love it! For me, I'm fine with it not hitting top speeds. I think range also depends on weight. I'm pretty light, and I've ridden up to 10 miles, with 25 per cent charge remaining when I was done.
I’m stoked that my pint shreds for 9 holes of golf on hilly courses. I’m guessing the XR could do 18 holes. Carving down smooth fairways and charging uphill is a blast.
This is what I'm looking for. Couldn't find any use cases for people using the pint for golf. Do you find it easy to balance and it handles the grass good?
Sam Singh the XR would be more stable and more holes maybe 18. I don’t have trouble balancing with the bag on the pint. I keep it light with less than a full bag and carry it in one hand and not the shoulder strap. I went down once going wide open in the fairway and hit a hidden grass hole. I find it best to tuck and roll in the grass if that happens. It is a fun 9 holes. People will be very curious!
I have the xr. Tried the pint for a moment but found it too instable (i was in the shop, buying my first ow). Range was also a thing. I weigh 95kg so the xr range was great. The pint would die too early. Perhaps in the future i will buy a pint as well, for the pros you mention. Thanks for de long term review. Very helpful.
I love my pint and looking to adding a XR eventually for my long rides around my home. One plus of that pint is that I can take the pint on airplanes since its battery is below the 160 Wh limitation.
I agree with you Jimmy. I didn't get a Pint because I already have an XR. I find the XR too slow as it is so I wasn't even considering a Pint. I will likely pickup an EUC over the summer but will go 16" or bigger for my first one. It has to cruise at 25mph minimum and handle San Francisco hills. I already identified a few and more will be coming by the time I am ready to get something. Thanks for the video!
I hear people not liking how small the pint is for their feel. Well as a 2 day owner of a pint X and a shoe size of 10.5-11 I can say it has not been a problem (so far).
I just ordered a Pint. My plan, if I enjoy using it (which I'm guessing I will!) is to get the Quart battery swap from Chi. It's pricey at nearly $400 extra, but almost doubles the range. I feel like that'll give me the advantages of the Pint like the nimbleness and the stronger pushback, but not be too worried about range. An since it is a swap, the app will still work (though have to look at the voltage in the settings to know how much is left after it hits half-way). There's also the VnR that lets you use tool batteries (either clipped to the fender or in a backpack w/ a long quick release cord), which triples the range for around $300 total (and can carry a spare battery for even more range). There's also X2R which has a fender with built-in battery for $250. All of them of course require voiding your warranty and require different levels of modding to make them work (and some you can't use the app at the same time), but I think it's potentially worth it to have the range without actually needing an XR.
I find an 8 mile range to be plenty for exploring, and I'm amazed you think a 100 minute charge time is long!! Try charging up a Mavic Mini or any drone and see how long that takes :) Also the faster the charge the more potential damage to the battery, so fast charging is a bad idea tbh.. I would like an XR at some point, but mainly for its off-road capabilities, the pint is a bit squirelly of-road.... Great video my friend, lol no wonder you have no range carrying 40lbs of unicycle on your Pint hahahahahaha :)
I got a pint for Christmas and I loved it but it range killed it for me so I got a used XR. Now I can explore and go much further, it feels more stable than the pint. From what I’ve read the Xr with a whisper tire will feel very pint like.
I like one wheel better than euc because just because it is faster doesn't mean that it is better because the fact that oneweel is fun and can go anywhere makes it way better than euc
Just got my Pint 2 and a half weeks ago.. Loving it !! but Ive also been able to ride longer without foot fatigue and I'm already looking at getting an XR ,so I can commute to my weekend Job. which is about 10 miles. But i'll have the pint for when the wife and I want to go on rides together.
AWESOME review! i appreciate your content, sometimes my stoke gets shredded because of range to explore a lil more but can't, but i figure all electric devices having their turn point eventually lol.. if they made the pint with bigger battery id extra love it, but I still do.. i like your new EUC stoke toy! .. i like its portability, im curious of the range and price, it looks fun too.. I live in small place so i have to be particular on the size of stoke machine to get lol..I've had my pint about two months an its fitting my needs almost perfectly, i work alot so every little chances I'll ride it for a few miles at time to keep the stoke at lunchbreak or around my neighborhood.. but those Saturday nights is when i wish I had more range lol.. I love the speed pushback like you do it keeps me on my toes lol.. its way to carvy to go faster than 16 mph 😅 i wonder if the tire was more treaded would i feel more comfortable with more speed on the pint lol, thanks for sharing your stoke Mr. Chang🤙🏽💯😎
Thanks for another great review, Jimmy! I love the thought that you put into your vids, and that your e-vehicle hobby is now a family pastime. As a dad with young kids myself, your kids are an inspiration. Riding context defines tastes, I am a Pint floater myself living in a Nordic city, so I balance commute and even trail rides with public transit on trams and buses...so i have no issues so far with range, and as a lifelong snowboarder, the carviness of the Pint is a huge draw. I used to live in Colorado myself, in Boulder, and if I llived there now, I would not even consider the Pint due to range. One pro that did not come up is weather resistance, as you are in a desert climate, it's not as much on your wish list. But the Pint is a champ on damp roads and a drizzle, though I try to avoid the larger puddles.
Jimmy great content. I think price is a much more significant factor in favour of the pint, in particular for non US buyers of onewheels. For example, here in Australia the pint is now over two thousand australian dollars and the XR is over three thousand seven hundred australian dollars. This is due currency conversion, duty, and freight charges. The XR Is simply too expensive. Three of them would get you a small car. So that leads us with the pint, and battling with its range. In this area, the one remedy left for us Aussie riders is to lose weight. The extra range, for 10 kg and more weight loss is very material.
Good review. As a newb, I was thinking of a onewheel, but the Pint's problems were pretty obvious. The XR seemed to be lacking polish as evidenced by all the needed upgrades (e.g. fangs). So I bought an EUC instead. I'm looking forward to the next Onewheel: range and speed of the XR but the polish of the Pint.
Great Video Jimmy. I was considering a Pint for my first OW but you’ve convinced me to get the XR. I do get the massive practically of the EUC but I just can’t get to like the way they look when ridden. Maybe as a past skateboarder it just looks ‘right’ All the best Richard
Thanks for the video. I'm getting a pint tomorrow. Could you explain what " push back" is and what it feels like and what you're supposed to do when you feel it? I don't want to take a nose dive.
I finally bought a Pint U.B. on black friday, finally got it on 6th january through a overseas shipper (+overpriced, payed 800$+ extra) and then it had some strange sounds in it, thought the motor might be loose or something, so i havnt used it outside yet. It took F.M. a long time to respond to my ticket and they just said it was normal sound so I hope thats all. Anyway if it wasnt for the 75$ I saved on that Black Friday deal id have paid 1200+800$ in total instead of only 1925$ lol
Jimmy ! Thanks for posting this! IF you could have only one EUC would it be your 16S or would it be your new MTen3. I am about to purchase one or the other. I love my pint and will probably keep it but i'm ready for more! Thanks again and I hope to meet you some day on one of your Vegas trips!
If you're in Vegas, go try one first. Some of the Vegas Onewheel guys ride EUCs and I'm sure they'll let you try during a group ride. Now that I'm experienced in EUC, if I could only have one, it would be my Nikola... I need to do a video about it...
Wow Jimmy, totally mind-blowing on several different levels. First off, I couldn't have said it better about the Pint. I had mine for a month, it was my gateway drug into the world of Onewheeling, I fell in love with Onewheeling because of it, but hated the range anxiety, even though I even bought an ultracharger for it. After one month I traded it in for an XR and have loved the freedom that comes with the XR ever since. You pulled that Gottway out of your backpack like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat! It was wild to see you riding down the road on the EUC carrying the Pint. Wow! Question, can that particular EUC handle off roading or is it pretty much strictly for the sidewalk and the road?
Thanks for the comment Mike. Always good to hear from you. As for this EUC, it shines on paved riding conditions. Haven't tried going off road yet. That's what my other EUCs are for.
@@freshlycharged thanks for the info, I'm trying to narrow down which EUC to get. Leaning toward the 16s or 16x. Many variables to consider and your video on choosing an EUC is very helpful.
Looking for advice I’ve been thinking about getting a Onewheel for awhile. I want to mostly do safe boring rides nothing to extreme. Occasionally ride on trails or some small hills. So I was wondering with my size 6’4” 230 lbs Pint or xr?
#1 reason stopping me from purchasing 1 or multiple Pints is the the LOW RANGE & LONG CHARGE TIME. I feel like fir the amount of money invested in this I wouldn’t get enough ride time as I would want. For that reason I’ll purchase another electronic device but I’ll keep my eye out if they change this.
I want to get an Mten3 too so that I can bring it inside a movie theatre with no hassle once it's hidden in a backpack. Larger wheels can be restricted depending on the staff.
I take my pint into the city on the bus. There I can then make a few pint trails. It's pretty cool because then I'm faster. And the range is also sufficient for most routes. I don't have a unicycle. Is it as much fun as Onewheel?
Got my Onewheel Pint the week I had to leave for South America, and so I only road it a few times.
@@KitesurfHatteras Hi Tom, yes it is addictive. No other vehicle has so impressed me so far. But in snow, I only tried it once :-) Very dangerous ... because the foot sensor covered with snow no longer works. The original tire is also very slippery.
That was a sweet way of introducing the Mten3 :-) BTW, the tire pressure looked really low. 30+ psi is probably best. Drop a link (if you have one) for that backpack.
Straight out of the box... I'm gonna pump it up now! The backpack... I've had it forever... Not sure if they carry it anymore but I'll check... REI garage sale special.
ordered the kush nug hi and it should be here any day now. I already put on my guppies and to be honest don't really notice difference. I still get foot fatigue. Kinda bummed since it wasn't cheap. Hopefully the Kush nug hi is everything that everyone says it is as both my feet are killing me after riding for a couple of miles and have to stop and rest.

Thanks for the support Patrick!
I just bought my first OneWheel Pint and I really want to thank you for your saftey tips :)
Loving the little shred sled, best purchase I’ve made in a long time. No regrets... we’ll see how I feel in 6 months.
Father daughter relationship goals.
Got mine last week. I am surprised fast i am getting it(pain is a wonderful teacher).
@@tomservo3401 Indeed. Nearly tore my ACL from my first nosedive and haven't had one I didn't recover from since.
Its magical to see you pop out that little white wheel from your backpack. Great video.
Totally agree with your conclusions on the Pint. I use my XR to commute (9 mile round trip), but the Pint if I'm just going to a local shop or something. I have gotten 9 miles out of the Pint in the summer, but I don't think I would in the cold. Great video, as always, Jimmy.
Cold kills range. Haven't tried a range test in the Pint in the cold tho.
Why not just carry the charger and top off the pint while you are at work?
that is amazing that that little EUC fits in your backpack, love it!
“Kush Nug High” what a name for a product lmao
Yeah there’s no way that’s not in reference to weed
Thanks!
Hey Jimmy! Met you a couple days ago while you were shredding up the street on a unicycle! Awesome reviews man, keep them coming!
Awesome! Thank you! Nice to meet you!
I've been riding my pint for 3 days, 63 miles now. It's addictive
Great installment brother. Your little one is a master. Myself, I can't get on a EUC without holding onto something the entire time. FM needs to modify Pushback to smoothly power-down rather than suddenly power-off.
Powering off isn't pushback...
You are killing it! Let me know how the battery kit goes! I heard it's a lot easier since I did it on my Plus.
@@nolan9101 where did you get this kit and how easy is it to install?
Abdul Mudhir look up SonnyWheels and you can find the kit. It was an easy enough install for me. Depending on your board’s software, you might even have an easier time installing the newer setup.
I feel the same way with my Pint! You have made excellent points! 👍
The pint is great for me, I live in a very dense area, target/Walmart/Walgreens/ my work all within the range of the pint. It's sooooo worth every penny. I even hit the trails at the nearby park aswell. You seem to live in a not so dense area, I can see where you are comming from.
Great point!
Loving the growth of your channel man! Cinematography gets better and better.
Thanks bud!
(Pint)
This video describes exactly how I feel too!
👏
Thanks bud! The more you do something, the more you improve. Appreciate the insight and support!
I think their a great idea to get people into one wheel. Especially the younger crowd where they’re more replacing bike trips and need a cheaper new solution. But I’m waiting for the “XR2”. Personally I like the bigger board. Great vid Jimmy. Hope you and your family are doing well!
As a new Pint owner myself, I'm now fully stoked and ready for the "XR2" as my next investment as well :)
My Pint just showed up yesterday. I love it. Thank you for your videos man!
I love my Pint! But if they come out with an upgraded XR with the pint upgrades, i will for sure get that one but for now, the Pint is amazing! I wish i can use it for work!!
Well - that's one way to deal with range anxiety! Just carry a spare electric vehicle in your backpack. Awesome review - thanks.
A backup in the backpack!
I've owned a pint for 1 year and you nailed it: push back happens way too early, this device is not built for speed
Great video! I think that not liking the pint really comes from owning a XR, and having access to all that range and speed.
These Onewheels are awesome! I would love to get one of these and ride around Nashville as I vlog. Love your channel. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the quality videos! Learning a lot about the onewheel.
Glad you like them!
I like the videos and the country music: you're something different..
Everyone else is out in in ny und la, it get boring with time.
Keep up the great content 🔥🇺🇸❤
Great reviews on the Pint and the add-ons. I really like the orange combs
Excited to see more content on your mten3! that little wheel is so fun and torquey!
Pocket Rocket for sure!
I just bought a pint last month and I love it! For me, I'm fine with it not hitting top speeds. I think range also depends on weight. I'm pretty light, and I've ridden up to 10 miles, with 25 per cent charge remaining when I was done.
" say it sweetie , kush nug high...." had me dying bro 😅💀🤙🤟🐐
I’m stoked that my pint shreds for 9 holes of golf on hilly courses. I’m guessing the XR could do 18 holes. Carving down smooth fairways and charging uphill is a blast.
This is what I'm looking for. Couldn't find any use cases for people using the pint for golf. Do you find it easy to balance and it handles the grass good?
Ha. I never thought about taking it to the golf course. Smart
I don’t even play golf(cuz I’m bad at it) but that is a great idea
I have had a similar thought as I golf quite a bit. Is the balance do able with a carry bag and a PINT or an XR ?
Look forward to see what you get! Thanks for the support!
I'm glad I'm not the only one with a scuffed up pint 😆
My Pint looks like it's 2ys old with all the scratches and dirt on it. I've only had it 4 months.
Adds character!
Can’t relate more bud 🤭😂
Youre a legend. Thanks for brightenning up my life. ☺
Thanks for brightening my day!
I got a pint for Christmas and I loved it but it range killed it for me so I got a used XR. Now I can explore and go much further, it feels more stable than the pint. From what I’ve read the Xr with a whisper tire will feel very pint like.
XR with a whisper comes really close to that Pint feeling.
Kush -Nug -High.. Man I miss smoking weed. Also really want to get one of these rad one wheels.
I like one wheel better than euc because just because it is faster doesn't mean that it is better because the fact that oneweel is fun and can go anywhere makes it way better than euc
One wheel packing the ground one track at a time :D
Just got my Pint 2 and a half weeks ago.. Loving it !! but Ive also been able to ride longer without foot fatigue and I'm already looking at getting an XR ,so I can commute to my weekend Job. which is about 10 miles. But i'll have the pint for when the wife and I want to go on rides together.
Perfect! Win win all around. Now if only I could get my wife to ride?
Chang🤙🏽💯😎
Jimmy you are the Onewheel Gangster
Changster!
Thank goodness for the Quart and GT40 battery mods.
Thanks for the support, Matt!
I'm digging the music at the end of the video
Seriously what is the music?
Good review. As a newb, I was thinking of a onewheel, but the Pint's problems were pretty obvious. The XR seemed to be lacking polish as evidenced by all the needed upgrades (e.g. fangs). So I bought an EUC instead. I'm looking forward to the next Onewheel: range and speed of the XR but the polish of the Pint.
What EUC did you get?
@@freshlycharged Kingsong 18XL.
Great honest and frank review, thanks!
Great Video Jimmy. I was considering a Pint for my first OW but you’ve convinced me to get the XR. I do get the massive practically of the EUC but I just can’t get to like the way they look when ridden. Maybe as a past skateboarder it just looks ‘right’
All the best
Richard
Thanks for the video. I'm getting a pint tomorrow. Could you explain what " push back" is and what it feels like and what you're supposed to do when you feel it? I don't want to take a nose dive.
Looking good on that mten 3,it has good speed and range
Congrats on the Mten3. Lots of bang for the buck. 👍
I watched 1 ad for this and now they will not leave me the fuck alone.
Thanks for the review sir.
Kush, nug, high, i wonder if the creator is fond of cannabis, haha. Looking forward to hear your thoughts on the Mten3
All these terms are new to me.
Very cool channel bro! I'm sharing everywhere!
That'd be cool if you did a pint giveaway. I'd love to enter that. Been saving up to get a OneWheel for a while now!
Same
Thanks, I'm going to wait for the next gen, so that they can resolve the range and charging issues
when he pulled out the electric unicycle it felt like when you use windows explorer to download Chrome lol.
I have the first gen boosted and it had a 6 mile range but more like 4 lol. 6-8 miles will be a very quick ride.
@@freshlycharged Thanks for the quick response. this will be my first EUC but probably not my last :-)
I honestly like the pint pushback. I take to to 20+ all the time and just got used to the stance.
Hi Jimmy, I was wondering what site you purchased the EUC from? I'm very interested...
Check out my blog EUCguide.com for more info!
Thanks for the review! I’m leaning towards pint X. Do you know if we can hand carry a one wheel pint on a plane?
So I was wondering with my size 6’4” 230 lbs Pint or xr?
recently thinking about one and im 6’2” around 200 what did you decide on homie
I absolutely love my mten3. I like it better than my xr! Well I sold my xr for the mten. Pump up past 40 psi if above 200.
Nice I like the pint and x r better I'm not a fan of those unicycle boards lol
Honestly I don't get the appeal of them to be honest. The cycle i mean not the board.
Good job buddy good stuff your videos make me jealous of your life. I just gave you $10 because I appreciate you
Great video, the MTen3 offers three battery choices, which one did you choose and why?
In my full review coming soon... Or in a month.
Love to see your Mten3 review.
You won't catch me on a unicycle, I want to sidewalk surf.
As always a great review.
Thanks Jorge!
Yes. Different experience but a lot of fun as you gain confidence.
Got my Onewheel Pint the week I had to leave for South America, and so I only road it a few times.
@@KitesurfHatteras Hi Tom, yes it is addictive. No other vehicle has so impressed me so far. But in snow, I only tried it once :-) Very dangerous ... because the foot sensor covered with snow no longer works. The original tire is also very slippery.
there’s no way that is actually called the “kush nug high” 😂
Why? What's wrong? 🤔
LMAOO
Jimmy Chang it’s a weed reference 😂
@@freshlycharged Kush (weed strain), nug (nugget of weed), and high lol
i knew jimmy was a stoner
