One of my favourite vocalists. Raw hatred and piercing screams - but with the a touch of vunerability and distress that makes it oh the slightest bit unsettling.
I know it's not right since they're grind but I love Pig Destroyer the most when they're busting out little catchy riffs like in this tune. I love the mental parts but they can sure come out with some head-banging riffs too. Oof.
+Cenotaff They're more of a hybrid of Grid, hardcore and thrash. Their older stuff was way more thrashcore (punk/thrash hybrid). They're just fucking talented and amazing.
how come PIG DESTROYER is the only grindcore band that has the sound of like giving a relentless hammerfist??? haha! dont get me wrong people i have other favorites but certainly this band is the face of grindcore for me...
now four, guitar, drums, vocals and samples. the bassline you might have heard is the guitar. when he records and plays live, he's got his guitar's signal split, going through many different soundin amps.
Kind of like a grindcore version of DYSTOPIA, not in sound so much, but the way PIG DESTROYERs music makes me feel. It's an uncomfortable listen at times but well worth sticking with. It's this album's 20th anniversary this week & while it's not my favourite grindcore album (that's a toss up between "From Enslavement to Obliteration" & NASUM "Inhale/Exhale"), it is a great record.
Was this song in a PS2 game back in the day>? I remember playing this game that had this and Iron tusk by Mastodon on the soundtrack. But I can never remember the title of the game.Any help appreciated.
@TheDreamatize Oh? Try listening to the fucking Jonas Brothers or shit like that. THEN you will truly know what bad music is. Compared to the pop bullshit they play on the radio, this is golden.
That video is amazing. I would have given almost anything to have been there. I get the feeling that that video was a lot of fun to shoot & take part in. It also looks like it was a beautiful day when the video was shot. Wish I was there!!!!
@@thebra1n473 Maybe you don't understand what hard rock is, because it's got all the bluesy grooves of hard rock. I guess it's technically thrash metal due being relatively heavier and faster than pure hard rock, but it's still a far cry from grindcore. There is a reason this song appeared in Tony Hawk.
::yawn:: slayer and metallica did this almost 30 years ago. and they did it better. I appreciate talent, and they may have some. but they're not using any of it during this video.

this had no right to be in my rotation when i was 10 playing tony hawk bro
Every Pig Destroyer song leave me feeling uneasy like something horrible is about to happen, and with goosebumps. God I love them!!!!
Scott Hull, man of ten thousand riffs.
yeah. dude is legendary level.
This is the tune that got me into Pig Destroyer.
the beatles and pig destroyer are both great bands
Ah the video that got me into them. I was but a wee metal fan that fell in love with grind
It's Pig Destroyer therefore it's awesome.

totally. its blashphemy to like riffs in grindcore but i really dig their riffs too
Grind? 😆😆🤣🤣🤣🤣 You poser millennials and your ridiculous labels.
Metallica OSE TIUIUI
The main riff is fucking amazing !!
Scott Hull is one of the best riff writers out there..
This song is a beast. Love the guitar riff (the main riff). The people talking at the end (or is it the middle) of the song is pretty freaky.
Saw these guys about 10 years ago at Milwauke Metafest. Thats 25 minutes of my life I will never forget.
LIFORNIA
I worked with Brian for a couple of years, cool dude and amazing drummer. This is one of my favorite songs.
The all mighty Pig Destroyer!! \m/ such a unique band!
Sometimes my attention span isn't long enough that's why I love these guys
how come PIG DESTROYER is the only grindcore band that has the sound of like giving a relentless hammerfist??? haha! dont get me wrong people i have other favorites but certainly this band is the face of grindcore for me...
Go listen to Terrorizer and rethink this.
@@TheMetalAllfatherehh

Yes they do
a good song doesnt have to be long
is that the overpass where the girl in the slayer jacket hung from?
Why did they cut off the end of the song?
I'm Not into most of the bands you guys have on your records. More into Nuclear Blast. But Pig Destroyer, among a few others, I enjoyed listening.
>tfw you can relate to the lyrics
i love the band name
good sound

Never heard of them, till now they are awesome :D
@MrGrunge99 are you serious? about the mighty Pig Destroyer?! Who do you like on the label then?
It’s groovy asf, too.
Oh Relapse, where have your standards gone?

Tony Hawk´s American Wasteland
@UndeadCarnivore88 Whatever "core" it is, its still got a nice thrash feel to it.
Fuckin epic grind. Amazin lyrics.as always.
Scott hull is the shit
Or as Putnam put it "a fucking nerd" :D
Of the best kind
@PanterAmetal100
Go listen to the album, "Terrifyer" and you'll hear more than enough.
Pig Destroyer kicks ass
full hd
Man I miss my Marshall stack😞
I remember when we had to pay to see videotapes like this on tv
hey, if you guys are going to have band practice in my cave, at least bring me some more beer, umm-kay???
this band has a fuck load of potential
PIG DESTROYER = MAXIMUM DOOM
fantabulouso
Such fucking awesome riffage
AI QUE SUSTO! ele vai o quê? contrair.
THAW sent me Here.
MAKE IT LOUDER!!!!
Anybody know anything about the man and woman fighting between this song and lost cause on Terrifyer? Is it from a movie, etc?
Jason Gast I KNOW. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? It sounds like an excerpt from The Crucible or some shit.
no bassist?
Heavy is heavy enjoy!!
awesome song!!
Balls on.
still walkin around here guy
@3dd656 They're mainly grind, so I said that. I know they're signing a lot of stoner metal bands these days, but most are pretty good.
listen to this album on lsd with headphones its a good time
Hull is so...fucki´n groovie
Fucking love this !!
Do they not have a bass player ? Insane riffs. Devastating rawness.
In 2013 they finally recruited a bass player, with their current bassist being Travis Stone
Is that a thrash metal song that sits in a wiki as example of grindcore?
Wait so how would a gate made of pizza work?
no matter how "metal" you are the beatles will always be amazing.
I think he gives Kerry King the riffs he doesn't use
seems like you should actually listen to a pig destroyer album mate.
sounds very hardcore
they wanted an offensive name, so they came up with Cop Killer, but they didn't want to be so obvious, so they used a thesaurus
Sorry but I much prefer Brian's drums opposed to Adam approach. It just sounds so more desperate and fluid. Not sure how else to explain it.
pig destroyer, as in a pig who destroys stuff, or someone who destroys pigs?
slantyrock COPKILLER dooyyyye

Bring on Phantom limb
There mosh pits scare me
@CrunkCoreKid24.............you must be forgetting napalm death
@numnutth
Or destroying pigs. I mean, that can't be pleasant at all.
you don't know what normal is, do you? Check out the NWOBHM if you want to find normal bands.
like metal huh?
@cantkillusall lol :)
i call it "fuckyeahthisshitisawesomecore"
i think that label can catch on if everyone starts to use it lol
tony hawk's american wasteland
@corbingman34
Ehhhhhhhhhh. No they don't.
Always loved this song, but it desperately needed bass
I never knew they had no bassist. The whole terrifyer album sounds flawless, it's amazing it's only the guitar doing all the musical work. Incredible
LOL this is on a Tony Hawk game :P
cop killa
they need bass......bad
What do you mean by that? I know thousands of descent bands. You calling 99% of them Fake?!? I feel insulted. )x
I think i just creamed my pants.
Umm.. I got a question. What is he saying?

I'd expect their vids to be more disturbing rather than a riddle!!! Oh well, sick band though!
Were the fuck is their bass player?
Where are blast beats? Wtf?
Garbage is a band... OMFG dont u watch MTV?
I dig the old school thrash feel of this. Vocals....odd
Slayer and Metallica were good 30 years ago. Slayer is still good but Metallica is shit. They're not even metal anymore.
Personally, I prefer Kodak Black.
keith cozart I CANT EVEN ROLL IN PEACE, EVERYBODY NOTICE ME
I was expecting grindcore, not hard rock.
Ain't nothing wrong with a cool jam tho
