      Some of us have a disadvantage, like I had persistant severe acne well into my adult years because I wasn't living a balanced lifestyle so due to my genetics that manifested through acne, but I think that all of our bodies, without exception, want to be balanced and know how to heal themselves and retain that balance naturally- if only we learn how to get out of our own way sometimes, whether that be physically, mentally, emotionally or even spiritually. I promise, you're not a prisoner to anything. And I think there are enough people you know or have heard of who once suffered through acne or any other physical, mental, emotional ailment and no longer do to know that this is true.

  • @TheGoldenRoses
    @TheGoldenRoses 7 ปีที่แล้ว +115

    Unfortunately for many people even following these rules/suggestions won´t make any sort of difference... Really bad acne can´t really be overcome by drinking a lot of water. Still never hurts to at least try to make it better..

      if you suffer from bad acne, like i do, check out Organic Olivia's video "HOW I CURED MY ACNE (Cystic, Digestive, Hormonal)" it's AMAZING and life changing tbh. best video for people with skin issues i've ever seen. none of those general tips people who have never truly struggle with give but expert level advice.

      true! Seeing as acne is a medical condition, the best thing to do is see your doctor

    • @LitcheTheArsm
      @LitcheTheArsm 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      very important point! i'm sick of hearing that the root cause of acne is 'unclean' skin or bad hygiene. people who don't suffer from it seem to think that's the issue and judge people with acne for it. when they think of acne they think of young gamers who only drink soda and eat chips and never wash their face. :/

    • @mann7298
      @mann7298 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      its obvious that these tips dont work for someone with bad acne. you should always go see a doctor if youre having acne problems, they know what to do. i never had the clearest sking like most of my friends and i noticed eating right and drinkin lots of water really did help. however last summer i strated to get acne and late last year i went to see a dermatologist and she gave me antibiotics that has already helped alot, i still have a few months left with the antibiotics.

    I have found these tips to be so true and really helpful.
    I have been back in the gym for the past month and a half along with eating better, drinking more water and getting together a good skin care routine. I have found products that work well with my skin. I have slacked on one thing and that is sunscreen but I know it works from previous experience. These 5 tips aren't guaranteed to give you perfect skin but they will help anybody to improve in complexion and confidence.

    I've been doing the exact same things she recommended for a few years now and my skin is perfect, I hardly ever have blamishes or dry skin or anything like that. I am 25 but people always say I look like 18. So I can definitely agree to her tips. They actually really work. Most most most important thing of these 5 points however is DRINKING ENOUGH WATER. I drink approximately 3,5 to 4 liters water or unsweetened tea a day (however I also drink 1-3 cups of coffee a day), but water is really really the key to healthy looking skin.

    • @Sweet2Rani
      @Sweet2Rani 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I feel very good ... why should it be bad?

    • @ivanamijatovic7843
      @ivanamijatovic7843 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sweet2Rani if you drink too much water a day it can longterm affect your kidneys by overusing them and giving them too much work. It's good to drink enough for your size and work out level, but you shouldn't drink too much. Detoxing is considered harmful when practiced longer than three weeks :)
      Source: trained as a pharmaceutal technician :P

    • @ayshabee8603
      @ayshabee8603 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sweet2Rani that's way too much water. Daily water intake should be 1.5 litres else it'll affect your kidneys in the long run.

      ok thanks for the advice. I didn't know that

    • @mariyaa8772

      Yes that seems like a bit too much water. I study biology and too much water can enter your cells are burst them causing Lysis which is obviously bad because you're damaging your cells.

    Water really helps that's true, but food is not one to get the blame, actually the worst thing you can eat that can make you have acne is meat that has had a lot of hormones, so if you're eating meat (beef mostly) you should get them organic so you know they were eating as healthy as YOU are lol. Otherwise, fat won't make you have acne neither does sugar, It will play on your mood tho. So acne related to healthy eating is actually a myth. What makes you have skin problem is hormones, so if you're doing everything right but still have problems, you should go see a doctor, maybe being on the pill will help a bit because you might have a hormone disorder. A lot of people have that and doesn't even know it, it's pretty common nowadays. Anyway, eating healthy is VERY GOOD, love being healthy, it keeps you in a good state of mind. Thanks Niaomi :) xx
