Hi Niomi, I did the same thing as you. I bought the Oral-B electric toothbrush, but ended up going back to the basic one. It works better for me and is also much cheaper. Additionally, I have been using a tongue scraper since I was a kid, as both my grandma and great grandma used to do the same.😃
If you're only using two drops of the foundation for your entire face (and neck?) that's likely not enough to get the full effect of the SPF 30 in it. I like mine built into a day cream for that reason (or I just mix a light SPF fluid with my face cream). Stay protected! :-)
Hi, just jumping on here to say, that tongue scraper is great (amazing for morning breath :D ), just be careful not to over do it (don't be too abrasive). Some bacteria is there for a reason. My dentist warned me that if you remove it all constantly, it may affect your blood pressure. And since it's based on newer studies , not all family doctors would even think to ask if you're using one and wouldn't know the reason of higher/lower blood pressure ;)

I get you with the water in London. Im from scotland and we have lovely soft water. When I visit London, i never feel clean. The hard water makes me feel like there's an oily scum on my skin and my hair feels so dry! I genuinely dont feel fresh until I get back to Scotland. 😅 Maybe you should look into a shower filter? 🙂 Also, I lived in a tropical country for years and found thst kaffir lime shampoo helped keep my long hair healthy and prevented hair loss.

When I apply it to freshly moisturized skin, it still looks natural. La Bella Donna is one brand I used for years, until they discontinued my color. 😔 It has a SPF as well. Bare Essentials had a formula change, that I didn’t like, and I stopped using them as well. So, I thinly apply a bit of Tower 28 and bronzer.

Hello Niomi .. i would like to advice you to use a silicon tung scraper .. it can be easily cleaned and to avoid the rust .
