In Congo if you consider yourself either Tutsis or Hutu you are not Congolese because identity or Ethnicity Hutus or Tutsis it has meaning in Rwanda but not in Congo. Congo has more 350 ethnicities. But Rwanda always forced Drc on their conflicts specially Rwanda government abusing the military power. Drc was never involve in 1994 genocide that why Drc government never consider it as a issue. You don't know what you're talking about. Entire Eastern region of Congo was Rwandan territory until European Army helped Belgium to annex it and form a huge territory they called Congo-Belgium. Then came independence war, Belgium and other European powers left Africa in disarray with problematic partions. Study history, or keep quite.

In the first place they should not be using French, Portuguese, Spanish and English as their official languages. Ethiopia uses it's Amharic as the official and national language. These African countries must start to use Swahili all over Africa as African official language.
