- After testing the Seneca Double Barrel Air Shotgun (Part 1 • AIR SHOTGUN! - Seneca ... ) , we headed up north to Setter's Point in Western Maine for a pheasant catch 'n cook. Guide and Owner Dennis Jellison of Setter's point and his beloved dog Juliette hosted us for a wonderful afternoon hunt where we harvested a few beautiful birds. Upon returning home I dressed them out and injected them with an infusion of delicious bacon and our new Fowler Chipotle Hot Sauce.

I had pheasant as a kid, so it's been a long while. PA used to be full of them...it's rare to see one anymore. It looks delicious!!
That guy with the shotgun had a good quickdraw on that bird that popped up out of nowhere.
I love airguns a lot and am definitely considering an airgun while hunting upland for the cool and fun factor

I think you should do a winter 30 day isolation......in Canada with Greg and Chris....file your plan and come up here to Ontario or NL and you can get bear, moose, and a bunch of other stuff. Love your show and love you added Chris. Camaraderie is great!

I got my first pheasant a this year in pendleton oregon and they where wild so it was pretty hard but it was the last couple hours of the weekend trip and i asked if i could the ditch with my shotgun, he said sure so i walked it and was just at the end of it and a like 3 yr old rooster comes out and i pull up 1 shot he was down he got up and ran to the bottom of the ditch so i chased it and found it dead in the dried up creekbed best day of my bird hunting career!

I just wanna say thank you guys for the inspiration you've given me to get off my ass and start living the life I've wanted to live for as long as I can remember. I've been so mind wiped my entire life into thinking that working 10 hours a day 6 days a week was the only way to keep my head above water and to keep the bills paid. Well I'm done living like a zombie and I'm studying up on which equipment I'll need to start my own channel on here so again... Chipotle is a smoked jalapeño Zach. You could make your own with woodobo. Just brine with mirepoix, salt,sugar, and herbs. Use woodobo for dry rub. I had a guine fowel. My neighbor killed it. I was upset...🤣😃
